First, thank you for correcting the problem. Comment? I understand there was fresh snow on the ground but the technician who was supposed to come between 8-10, came around 1:00. I was off from my work. Also the price I was quoted the night before was about $30 higher. After some discusion and calling the manager, the price went down and with a $15 coupon, it was reasonable because I know that companies charge just for coming to someone's house. The repair was "tiny", it just needed to put the sensor back on the track, which I did not know how to do myself. It seems to me like these sensors are very flimsy, it should be some kind of protection around them (or something) because just a tiny touch and the sensors fall off. The technician was polite and patient until we resolved the payment and the manager seemed to be reasonable to resolve the payment talking with the technician. Thank you.

I called Precision to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Michael responded the same day and made the repair. Other companies I contacted said they were booked and could not come for another four days. Michael did offer me a few other options to purchased but was not pushy when I decline. I was very happy with the service provide.

A+++. Barry came to fix a broken spring in my garage. He was extremely professional and courteous. He worked very quickly to get the repair done and took extra time to ensure it was done perfectly. He made small adjustments to ensure the door was closing the exact amount necessary and that the repair was done properly. I really can't say enough good things about him; I was extremely stressed out about the garage door not working and Barry came in and saved the deal. The quality and price of this repair was unbeatable and I highly recommend Precision. I doubt I'll need another repair again, but if I do, I'm coming to Precision. A+++

The spring of my garage door went broken, I called the phone number and the technician came within 2 hours. He worked really fast to replace the spring on both side. However, your price is really too high--the total charge is $355 including emergency service, giving the fact that a pair of springs are only $40 at Home Depot.

Your technician Mike was Professional, Friendly, and, Knowledgeable. He provided me with a call to inform me that he was in route to my house, once he arrived he greeted me with a smile, assessed the damage and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his ability to make the necessary repairs to my garage. Mike did not explain to me, when I mentioned problems with the button outside the door not responding as I had been accustomed to previously, that it was a separate job I would need to make another request for, as I would have done. He treated it as if it wasn't important. I'm willing to pay for that. For now I can only use the remotes, and I need to always have one handy.

Our service tech Brian was great and knowledgable. I called on a Sunday night and someone from the company answered and scheduled my visit for the next day. Great service. The only suggestion, I was told the service call included the programming of my device, however, I learned from our tech that we are charged per device for programming. Thats the only difference between 4 star and 5 star for me.

This is the second time we have used Precision and both times Barry was our technician. He did a fabulous job, was on time, polite and knows his stuff. This time he repaired our garage door, it wasn't opening and closing properly and one of the rollers came out of the track. Barry was done in about 30 minutes. I called Precision the morning of Friday Jan. 2 when my garage door spring broke right before New Year holiday. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and enthusiastic attitude to serve during what should be a long holiday weekend for many. Barry, Precision's top-notch technician, came right on time at noon for the 12:00 - 4:00 pm window I was promised. I was very impressed to see how Barry was so passionate with his work. He completed the service promptly just the way he described in detail for me. I highly recommend Precision should anyone ever need garage door services.

Keypad replacement under warranty should be free of charge. The persons who came did a nice job, except forgetting to set up Password of the second opener. None of the service performed below can be chosen and without it error appears, so I choose one of them at random.

Your company replaced an early GMC garage door opener with a new Liftmaster system several years ago and serviced it twice, the first time a few years ago and the second time yesterday. Barry did the installation to my complete satisfaction. When I called for service the first time, to my surprise, Barry was sent and did a great job at a modest price. When I needed service again a few days ago I called your company again and asked for Barry, if possible, and I was pleased that it was arranged even though he been reassigned to another area. I was very pleased to see Barry again, and the work was performed very well and, again, at a very reasonable cost. As a result of these three performances, I rate Barry's performances very highly! And I also commend the young lady who took my call and made the arrangements for Barry to respond to my request, and to the young technician who helped Barry perform the work, and finally to you the service manager for seeking my assessment of the company's performance. (Purchased and installed rubber strip on bottom of garage door door.)

The technician they sent was quick and courteous. He didn't sell things that weren't necessary. The difference in performance is night and day. One minor issue... For what i spent in door repairs (over 900), i wish he would have suggested replacing the door. if the prices were anywhere in the same ballpark, i definitely would have chosen a new door.
