Arrived within the time window which is a huge +. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my door openers, adjusted, lubricated, explained - in and out in under an hour with zero upsell. Mike was awesome! Five star experience here. Highly recommend.

Precision door service was wonderful. I got a same day appointment. The technician who came, Derrick, was fast, clear and totally professional. His assistant, whose name I didn't get was also terrific. Derrick diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in five minutes. They then lubed the whole door and made sure everything worked perfectly. Wow-I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond and made another small repair to the power source. They were at my house for about 15 minutes. As they were leaving I said: wait, I need to pay you. The repair was so quick (screwing in the arm bracket that had come out of the wall) that they didn't charge me. They just said be sure to call us again if anything goes wrong. I will! Thank you!

Everyone from the operator to technicians were super friendly, knowledgeable and did not mind calls checking in on time. The technicians explained everything including options, care and price very well and were very professional and great to deal with. Only reason it is not a 5 rating was the wait time for them to arrive from prior job.

The technician called 15 minutes ahead of time. He and his assistant were kind and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and honest and explained the issue in detail and showed it to me. They provided a detailed report and estimate upon completion.

On June 6, 2017, Mr. JR Queen came to our home with an estimate of our garage door replacement. He identified himself upon arrival and was very professional. "JR" as he prefers to be called reviewed the estimate, gave us a sample of new doors, explained the cost, as well as any applicable discounts. He also gave us an expected delivery date and estimated time for repair. His jovial, yet professional manner put me at ease. We were referred to Precision by friends with equal satisfaction. My doors haven't arrived, but I look forward to the installation. Thank you, Sharon McConnell

Professional 24 hour service when making appointment, they called me right back when I reached out to them online, it close to midnight! Very quick turn around on the appointment, repairman came the next morning, arrived on time during time frame I was told, and he called to let me know how far away, estimated arrival time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and courtesy upon arrival. He examined the issue and recommended repair options. Had parts on hand, and he was able to fix the issue, no problem in a timely manner. He did not leave any debris, he cleaned up the job well. Before he left he made sure I knew that everything worked OK. AWESOME from beginning to end. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, however, if I do...I would definitely call them again, as well as refer them to others.

Great job! They came in, noticed a few issues with the door, and were very fair about the way they priced it. The door now hums and purrs when it opens and closes! Very impressed with this service.

Barry was an excellent representative of your company. He explained everything clearly, was quick and efficient and you could tell he knew his job very well. He was friendly, but not pushy in offering other services his company offered. When my next door needs service, I will call and ask for Barry!!

Went to Precision because it was where I always go for service. I was completely satisfied the first two times, and will always come back here as you guys are the best company in the area. A little pricey, but I am happy to pay for the quality, value & service that was received.
