Had our two garage doors serviced this morning by Keith. He did a fantastic job, was completely professional during the appointment, and answered all of my questions. He also discussed regular maintenance and upkeep with me, and shared some thoughts on ways to maximize the longevity of our doors. Highly recommended and will definitely call Precision the next time I require service or repairs.

My technician was Keith - came within 2 hours of calling the office same day for a broken door spring. Explained the system and that weighting was incorrect for the springs which were installed 4 years ago by another privateer company. Quality pays and had I went with Precision the first time I wouldn't have had an issue to replace them so soon. I would highly recommend Keith and Precision! Bill C.

Did a google search, saw you had great reviews, called and got a live person on the phone (a biggie with me!!), made an appointment for the next day, you came when you said you would and fixed my problem (2 broken springs) and then came back the next day and replaced the rubber under the garage door which the chipmunks had eaten away. I couldn't ask for more! Many thanks!!

Keith, with the help of Sam, was knowledgable, efficient and competent. After 18 years, the motor finally wore out and needed to be replaced. The other mechanisms, springs and pulleys, also needed replacing. They remembered to reprogram my keypad. They showed me how to replace lightbulbs and replaced three. And finally, I got new remotes to open and close my two garage doors. Great thanks for all this good service!!
