Way overpriced. Charged $250 per spring (2 springs required). Same springs available on Amazon for under $100!!

I had a problem with my garage door closing and scheduled a technician to come out for repair. Barry C. was the technician who promptly found the problem with a broken wire, and repaired it within minutes. I had expected to pay their minimum service call charge, but Barry felt with the time he spent on it didn't warrant a charge at all. I am very grateful to the kind of guy that doesn't put money above all else. I felt badly about not paying him anything but he was rather insistent that it remain a no charge item. I will be recommending the services of Precision Door and that especially of their technician Barry C., a stellar & affable guy. Thanks!

Barry C is a very soft-spoken guy but a power-house of knowledge, skill, and experience. He called and gave and estimated time of arrival. He showed up at the expected time. He explained the problem, how he would fix it, how I can maintain the door, and the price of the repair. Job done in less than 1 hour. Fantastic! Thank you, Barry and Precision for your excellent service. I definitely can recommend your company and, of course, Barry.

Keith was the tech sent to work on the garage door problem and I was extremely satisfied with the work he did. He was quick, precise, professional and friendly. His made clear what needed to be done without exaggeration, which I like. I don’t usually respond to these surveys but I’ll make an exception in this case. I will also recommend both Precision Overhead Garage Door Inc. and highly recommend Keith C to do the work.
