Explained the system and that weighting was incorrect for the springs which were installed 4 years ago by another privateer company. Keith, with the help of Sam, was knowledgable, efficient and competent. After 18 years, the motor finally wore out and needed to be replaced. The other mechanisms, springs and pulleys, also needed replacing. They remembered to reprogram my keypad. They showed me how to replace lightbulbs and replaced three. And finally, I got new remotes to open and close my two garage doors. Great thanks for all this good service!!

Precision door service was wonderful. I got a same day appointment. The technician who came, Derrick, was fast, clear and totally professional. His assistant, whose name I didn't get was also terrific. Derrick diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in five minutes. They then lubed the whole door and made sure everything worked perfectly. Wow-I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond and made another small repair to the power source. They were at my house for about 15 minutes. As they were leaving I said: wait, I need to pay you. The repair was so quick (screwing in the arm bracket that had come out of the wall) that they didn't charge me. They just said be sure to call us again if anything goes wrong. I will! Thank you!
