My garage motor after 27years popped the chain. I researched and found this wonderful company. A very efficient technician was at my home the next morning. He assessed the situation and clearly told me my four options. In less than two hours he installed a super new belt very quite new opener motor and all the hardware. Spring broke Saturday evening. Called precision Sunday morning and they were at my house Sunday afternoon to make the repair. The service was great and watching Derrick was watching a master performing his art. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Precision from now on but my garage door is in such great shape, I will probably only need occasional routine maintenance.

Garage door stuck, can’t go anywhere; my friend highly recommended “Precision Garage Door servioce” Rescue Squad Captain Layne arrived the next morning on time. Layne’s workmanship is professional and courteous, also extremely knowledgeable to explaining everything. Totally replaced 5 parts - • two torsion springs, • center steel freeway bearing • end bearing brackets • sealed white neoprene roller • bottom corner brackets Now my door was open quiet and smoothly. My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed on the purchase and installation of our garage door. The technician was courteous and professional, and very efficient, getting everything installed in around 2 hours. The only downside was that the appointment was scheduled for 1pm and he did not arrive to 4pm due to the previous job taking longer than expected.
