James (JR) has been a member of the Precision family for over 17 years. He has been a garage door installer for much of this time, and currently resides in the door sales division. My garage door is damage need to change . I called for appointment and I get it on next day . They send technicians James Z. Queen . James came took some pictures of my garage door and he give all answer my question . I told him I need quotes for their company’s Raynor door and other Clopay door with non insulated and insulated with opener. He gives me three different price . And I choose with best and he work with me very good with price . In two days they come on time and install whole new door and opener in 3 hours they explain everything which I had a question. Their people are so polite and helpful I happy with their work .yes I recommend to my friends and family.

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

The sale Representative very polite and had a good knowledge of the product that he was trying to sell he Show me all the product and let me take my time to make my mind up. You were referred by my daughter (K.Carey) who’d contracted your garage door installation service approx 4 yrs ago at her Laurel, Md residence. I scheduled the estimator’s appointment and within 2 days James was here, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable. I was prepared with a list of questions and he answered all before I could ask. James conquered my apprehension and was on point regarding materials, mechanics and variables of doors iand openers, etc. He sealed the deal. I received the estimate ate within minutes and have already forwarded to my HOA as required. It's obvious that customer service is important to the company, and James did a great job as a representative! He arrived on time, answered questions/offered recommendations, etc. Grateful that I contacted PD this morning, and was able to have someone come up this afternoon! Estimate for replacing doors. Employee who prepared estimate was on time, courteus, and quick. I can't rate the whole service yet since this is an estimate only. Final price on the estimate is a bit high. I have to think about it.

So the original estimate was a great experience. I would give it 5 stars. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed straightforward regarding what would be needed to replace my garage door. I got the estimate and it was more or less competitive with the other estimate I had just received. Again, still 5 stars. But then I call them to ask a few questions and find out how early I could get the replacement scheduled and that I'd give 1 star. I called the only number they have (a 1888 number) and the "scheduling dispatch" while nice enough couldn't do anything for me.... He couldn't answer my question about the quote (he'd have to have someone call me back)... and he couldn't tell me how long it would take before I could have the door installed (i.e. the scheduling dispatch couldn't tell me when they could install the door that they priced for me... again, he'd have someone call me back). Of course at this point I am a bit frustrated and he has the nerve to ask "is there anything else I can do for you" again... he is still pleasant... but calling in was useless... there might as well just be an answering machine because he couldn't help me at all. Needless to say, I think I'm going to go with the other company.
