James (JR) has been a member of the Precision family for over 17 years. He has been a garage door installer for much of this time, and currently resides in the door sales division. Customers praise him for his kindness, courteousness and professional skills. JR was born in Laurel, MD and currently lives in Glen Burnie. He is the proud father of a sweet little girl and spends a great deal of time with his extended family and caring for his mother. In his spare time, JR enjoys motorcycles and woodworking. On June 6, 2017, Mr. JR Queen came to our home with an estimate of our garage door replacement. He identified himself upon arrival and was very professional. "JR" as he prefers to be called reviewed the estimate, gave us a sample of new doors, explained the cost, as well as any applicable discounts. He also gave us an expected delivery date and estimated time for repair. His jovial, yet professional manner put me at ease. We were referred to Precision by friends with equal satisfaction.
