Jamal was wonderful, both as a person and as a repairman. He got out to us earlier than we expected in an emergency situation, was very personable, and was able to find a cable belt on his truck that fit a 20+ year old garage door engine. He even took the opportunity to fix a rail whose screw had come out of the ceiling, and stabilize the door. It's now opening and closing more smoothly than it has in years.
