The first time I used your company was last year. Keith C. came to repair my door. He told me exactly what was wrong. The previous owner hired someone that either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. Well, it was evident that Keith knew what he was doing and he cared about getting it done right. He’s an absolute professional and an asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to come by so my advice is do whatever it takes to keep him around. (I needed another repair a couple weeks ago and specifically requested him. Once again, great job on his part)

Keith did emergency repair on our garage door. I called Precision on Monday evening after our spring broke. Keith was at our house on Tuesday afternoon to replace the spring. He also made other needed repairs. Keith was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and why. He was very good about answering all of my questions. Precision was able to setup an appt quickly to send out a tech for my malfunctioning garage door opener. He came out on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. The tech called in advance and showed up on time. He was very friendly and resolved the opener issue in a matter of minutes (it was a minor issue). While he was there I had him replace our worn-out, noisy rollers, which he did very quickly and for a reasonable price. The door now opens so smoothly and quietly...it's like brand new. He also gave me some great advice/tips on keeping my door working smoothly. Will definitely use Precision again!

Around Spring 2011 the garage door was bend due to a cheap building materials when the builder built townhouses around 2000. I had to replace/install a better quality garage door and included hardwares. However, I called recently to replace a broken garage door spring which it was under 10 years warranty for hardwares and lifetime garage door. Make sure you keep a copy of your service/repair invoice in hand as when I called in for service as they did not have any record history in the past. Otherwise, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great service that honor anything what I have in my record. A technician did a great job as he contacted me via text and get it done in about 30 minutes within a smaller window time frame.

At 5 am in the morning my son was left the house to do his Navy reserve duty. He immediately returned and told me the garage door would not open. I tried to open it, and immediately realized there was a real problem with the door, one of the torsion springs had broken. This was not a job I could take on so I went to the internet and found Precision. It was 6:30 am, and there was a "Let's Chat!" As a lark I clicked on the chat button, and I got an immediate response. I set up an appointment for between 8 am and 12 noon that same day. At 9;30 Harry and a colleague showed up, did the repair and were on their way in about an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. I appreciated the quick response and the great job.
