Gary was awesome! I've been dealing with a competitor for three years and they didn't figure out how to fix the door. It has broken every six months or so. Gary arrived early, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and left quickly so I was able to get to work on time. He also gave me tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. He was awesome! Knowledgeable and also, very nice.

I called Precision to replace the motor in my garage and was pleasantly surprised that Garry was able to come out the following morning. Garry was very courteous and explained my options and pricing for my job. He also identified an issue with my spring and explained why it would be important to fix. He did a thorough job and walk me through all the features of my new opener. The reason why I only gave four stars was that I was a bit disappointed to learn after the install that my new system did not include the backup battery nor a lightbulb. It was easy enough for me to install the lightbulb myself; however, I was informed that in order to get the battery put in I would have to call back an installer for an additional charge. I figured that with a new unit it would come complete with everything for full operation.

Thank you for your comments and your business. The battery backup is a different type of motor, but we are glad you are happy with the one you purchased. Our techs usually have light bulbs on their trucks, in case the customer doesn't have one,. We will address that in our training sessions.

I am incredibly pleased with Precision and so glad I called them! My garage door broke on a Saturday night and got stuck closed, leaving our car trapped inside. I called the company at around 11:30pm fully expecting to leave a voice mail just hoping to make a Sunday appointment and couldn't believe it when a wonderful woman actually answered the phone! She was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived as scheduled and was truly a pleasure to work with. He explained the problem, the services being performed, and the exact charges ahead of time. He worked efficiently and had my door up and running again in less than half an hour. We were finally free again! I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with Precision's service provided from their initial interaction to their final completion of service. I will most definitely be using them again should the situation arise.

At 5 am in the morning my son was left the house to do his Navy reserve duty. He immediately returned and told me the garage door would not open. I tried to open it, and immediately realized there was a real problem with the door, one of the torsion springs had broken. This was not a job I could take on so I went to the internet and found Precision. It was 6:30 am, and there was a "Let's Chat!" As a lark I clicked on the chat button, and I got an immediate response. I set up an appointment for between 8 am and 12 noon that same day. At 9;30 Harry and a colleague showed up, did the repair and were on their way in about an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. I appreciated the quick response and the great job. I found your service via Home Advisor. My call was answered on a Sunday evening and although next day service was available, the service was scheduled based on my availability. Our garage door broke last night and quickly found Precision's number from a service call made years ago. I called after 9pm and was promptly helped and had a technician come out the next day. Garry was timely and very courteous. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the bad news but they worked with me on the price to replace the springs, etc. He was done within an hour and showed me how to maintain it moving forward. I really like the customer service and prompt attention they always give us and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Precision!

While this did occur a little over a month ago, I wanted to acknowledge my thanks to him. In fact, a year ago I used a different company in the area to address my problem and they just squirted some lubricant around and made a very temporary fix, something could have done myself and later did many times.
