The tech was here on time, went over my current set up and pointed out where my issues were coming from, installed new opener, replaced old worn parts, set up new remotes, cleaned up after and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving What more can you ask for Great job!!!!

I found your service via Home Advisor. My call was answered on a Sunday evening and although next day service was available, the service was scheduled based on my availability. Brian was on time, very courteous and professional. He advised me of the price for the repairs before starting and he very efficiently did a terrific job on fixing my garage door. Our garage door broke last night and quickly found Precision's number from a service call made years ago. I called after 9pm and was promptly helped and had a technician come out the next day. Garry was timely and very courteous. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the bad news but they worked with me on the price to replace the springs, etc. He was done within an hour and showed me how to maintain it moving forward. I really like the customer service and prompt attention they always give us and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Precision!

While this did occur a little over a month ago, I wanted to acknowledge my thanks to him. In fact, a year ago I used a different company in the area to address my problem and they just squirted some lubricant around and made a very temporary fix, something could have done myself and later did many times. Excellent service. The tech, Brian, was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressive - that doesn't happen very often anymore. The charges were fair also, as I had expected to pay much more than charged, even without the service fee. I would recommend Precision to to any friend or acquaintance, and if I need additional garage door service, I will be back. Good job.

I had my broken spring replaced on one of my garage doors. Everything was completed in about 30 minutes. I am satisfying with the service you provided. The only thing I don't like is the price of the parts, I think it's too expensive (Spring $200, Center bearing $45+ labor). If the spring break again, I might well buy me a new garage door.

Your website is very attractive and full with needed information, you were prompt to answer my call and have a service man (Garry) by the next day. I had somebody else looking at what he told me it was the problem (replace the garage door opener), but Garry came, did a few tests on the door and door opener, the problem was the door itself, he told me what it was needed to be done, gave me a quote that I agreed to it, did his job in less than two hour and my door is like brand new again, also, he told me that my door opener is great, no need to change it. Excellent job and I give Precision 5 stars.

An appointment was scheduled when I called and at a very convenient time for me. I saw your add on line and I believed Precision had the expertise to fix my issue. Your technician arrived when promised and he was very pleasent and knowledgeable and he not only fixed the problem with my opener but he did a very thourough examination of all components of my garage door without pressuring me to buy anything. I give it 5 stars.

I will never use this company again: Yesterday 9 March 2015 I had a service call for a garage door and opener that had been installed by Precision in April 2014. Originally they did a great job on the install so I felt good about calling them for the repair. I had to pay a service charge of $50 just for a technician to show up. He found that the idler pulley for my garage door opener was broken. Then he told me he "didn't have one on the truck". Really? A garage door company doesn't have a pulley?. However, he would replace my entire mount and pulley for an additional $75. I sensed a scam, so I said No and sent him packing. It turns out you can buy this pulley on-line for under $10, and my regular handyman swapped it in for me, and the door works again. Here's an alternate scenario: If Precision had charged $50 to cover the trip and the first half hour labor, and $20 for the pulley, I would have paid without complaining. It was the attempt to con me into paying for a bigger job that pissed me off. Enjoy that $50, because it is the last money you are getting from me, on any of my 4 garages.

Our manager tried to talk with you about this, but was not able to help you to understand. The "fix" that you wanted will hurt the integrity of the door. We are glad that you got the door working, but do hope you do not have further problems.
I called Precision to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Michael responded the same day and made the repair. Other companies I contacted said they were booked and could not come for another four days. Michael did offer me a few other options to purchased but was not pushy when I decline. I was very happy with the service provide.

The spring of my garage door went broken, I called the phone number and the technician came within 2 hours. He worked really fast to replace the spring on both side. However, your price is really too high--the total charge is $355 including emergency service, giving the fact that a pair of springs are only $40 at Home Depot.
