Our garage door would not open and, of course it happened as the weekend started. After contacting Precision via their website, we were assured that a service technician would help us on Monday. Monday came and the technician arrived, on time and full of the information needed to fix our problem Keith C. quickly diagnosed the issue and rapidly and skilfully fixed our door. Along the way, he described every step that he made and left only after teaching me proper garage door maintenance. Keith, with the help of Sam, was knowledgable, efficient and competent. After 18 years, the motor finally wore out and needed to be replaced. The other mechanisms, springs and pulleys, also needed replacing. They remembered to reprogram my keypad. They showed me how to replace lightbulbs and replaced three. And finally, I got new remotes to open and close my two garage doors. Great thanks for all this good service!!
