Today I received wonderful service from the tech from Precision service. His name is Brent, he was courteous, and kind and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with the garage and even gave me a tutorial on how to open the garage door if I ever need to do it manually. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. I am a happy customer. I also really appreciate the online platform for making appointments. Kudos to Precision Garage for having that and making it easy for people to get the help they need. I also like the communication done to let me know when the tech was arriving.

Technician Austin A. came out to repair my garage door as it was problematic in raising and lowering the manual wooden garage door. He recommended that my garage door would need new hardware (springs, cables, guide wire, neoprene roller casters and etc.) to make it easier for me to raise and lower it with the mechanical improvements he would install. Now, my garage door works smooth and great and no more rumbling noisy sound it used to have when raising and lowering it. Austin A. was courteous, polite and is a true craftsman at his trade. I will always use Precision Garage Door for all routine and major repairs. Craig Smith .
