Since I moved into this house in 2014, I've used Precision Door on every occasion I had an issue with my garage door or opener. They have consistently responded quickly to my need for service. Always sending professional, personable, and polite technicians. My most recent service was addressed by Tito C. who not only fixed the problem but was very professional and explained all what he was doing and the importance of the work. I will always choose Precision Door and will suggest to my friends when they need garage service.

I had been having difficulty with my garage door opener for a couple of years. The company that installed the doors came out once, but said there was nothing wrong with it. I found Precision while searching online. The reviews were great, so I contacted them. Tito came out this morning and found that I needed to replace some items. He explained each item to me in detail so I could understand it, gave me an estimate and with my go ahead repaired it while he was here. He was very professional all the way through. I would definitely recommend this company.

Services was great but the price for replacing bolts, pulleys, springs (mechanical moving parts) cost $1K. I really could not fathom the supply chain issue in this. Sometimes there is no choice in the matter but call another major dealer and be charged for another house call. I gave it a 1 star due to overpricing .
