Derrick (Dee) has been with Precision Garage Doors, Inc. for many years. He began as a helper, then moved up to technician. He was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Maryland. Dee currently lives in Laurel, MD. He enjoys spending time with wife and children. The most important thing to Dee is being a daddy and spending time with his family. His favorite times are spent with his children and remote control cars. Dee's outgoing personality and helpfulness are the attributes customers note in their comments to Precision.
I have used Precision over the years, never to be disappoointed. The technicians have always been prompt, professional, and efficient. I really cannot think of any area of the visit that could improve.

We bought our two garage doors and openers from Precision, so when we experienced an issue with one on Christmas Eve late they gave me the first a available which was the Sunday the day after Christmas. We were pleased with the whole process.
