I had a remote and exterior remote issue with my two garage door openers. I called Precision Door Service yesterday and they responded immediately. Brent was asked to come to my house and both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door openers and immediate fixed the problem along with replacing my rollers on my garage door. Jamal was wonderful, both as a person and as a repairman. He got out to us earlier than we expected in an emergency situation, was very personable, and was able to find a cable belt on his truck that fit a 20+ year old garage door engine. He even took the opportunity to fix a rail whose screw had come out of the ceiling, and stabilize the door. It's now opening and closing more smoothly than it has in years.
