Yes, you met my expectations and you solved the problem. I was impressed that when the problem developed on 1/23 the day before the major snow and ice storm you were able to schedule us for a repair which was done on the 24th. I was very, very impressed with Ron our Service Tech. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He identified and explained in the detail the cause of the malfunction and what he would have to do the complete the repair. I should add that even though we're talking about a garage he left the work area very clean. Finally, since our garage doors are old, i asked him to do a review and provide me with an estimate as to what we needed to do to upgrade the doors. An estimate was provided promptly.

Excellent service. Had an emergency repair done the next day. Brent called promptly with his arrival time. Expertly was able to repair the door, and even made sure that it ran smoother than before.

Brent Evans was the technician who arrived to do the repair. He was extremely friendly and new exactly what our door needed, beyond the obvious broken spring. He explained everything to us and was not in a rush. We had three estimates to choose from and everything was broken down for us. My ONLY issue was that we were scheduled from 8:00am until 10:30 and Brent wasn't able to be there until around 10:50 due to Tuesday being their office meeting day. Apparently the woman who scheduled the appointment didn't know that when I booked it. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say. I'm giving 5 stars because Brent did a fantastic job and the door works better and is safer now than it has ever been.

We were having problems with our door closing properly. While checking, I noticed the bracket attached to the drive chain had snapped. We contacted Precision, who had same day service. Within the hour, Brent arrived, asked about the age of the door, diagnosed the problem and recommended service. He explained everything. We are good to go with a safe garage door.

Had a garage door fail this morning. I called Precision and they had tech Rob scheduled to come by in a few hours. Rob called and was able to arrive in 30 minutes.
