Called in to report a broken garage door on Thursday. Jared came the next day inspected the garage door. Came back with 3 quotes for the repair. Jared did a good job at tacking the job. The rollers, springs, cables, and the 2 spindles were replaced. There is 3 year warranty on the work. Jared assured me that all the necessary parts were replaced and I would have to replace them for another 7-10 years. There is also a 3 year warranty on the work. I was overall pleased by Jared. He was friendly, patient, and addressed all questions I had.

Recently, a hole in the corner of the bottom rubber stripping needed replacing. The technician installed a new strip and did annual maintenance very efficiently resonable costs.

Let’s start with your website, very easy to navigate and very motivating. I got an appointment for the exact day and time that worked for me. The day of my appointment I got a text and an email introducing my technician and telling a little bit about himself. The picture was a nice touch. It let me know the person that showed up was who he said he was. We looked at the door together and talked through the problem. Austin was professional,knowledgeable ,friendly and got the job done well in a reasonable time frame.

Made a quick on line request for service on Monday night for a 1:00 pm next day service appointment to replace a broken torsion spring. Craig arrived on time providing polite, professional and expert service. The total visit took about 1 hour. Since our garage door is fairly new (7-8 years old) and in very good condition I was somewhat surprised that the repair cost (torsion springs and bearings) was about 40% higher than I expected. Perhaps I failed to inquire about possible available discounts. Nevertheless we are really satisfied with Precision.
