Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations! Craig was knowledgeable, courteous AND helpful. He gave me the options, and the opportunity to select the best, and most effective ones for my situation. He came during the window of time stated by Precision and finished everything we decided on in one visit. I did not need advertising to select Precision, I have used them to repair this garage door before.

I am rating the service I received as 2 Stars because I never received a receipt for the work that was proposed to me. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me, sometime that day or within 2 business. He showed me something that he was to replace, but Ididn't receive anything in writing. I called the office and received some email the had a $0.00 payment amount. My call was transferred to your billing office with no one answered. Thank you, Ms. Wright Washington

Yes, you met my expectations and you solved the problem. I was impressed that when the problem developed on 1/23 the day before the major snow and ice storm you were able to schedule us for a repair which was done on the 24th. I was very, very impressed with Ron our Service Tech. He was very courteous, personable and professional. He identified and explained in the detail the cause of the malfunction and what he would have to do the complete the repair. I should add that even though we're talking about a garage he left the work area very clean. Finally, since our garage doors are old, i asked him to do a review and provide me with an estimate as to what we needed to do to upgrade the doors. An estimate was provided promptly.

The technician, Ron Cross, did an excellent job. He explained to me (several times, carefully, so that I really understood) how the unlock function actually works. He offered a range of services. He was very pleasant to deal with and excellent at both the teaching function and the execution of service function. The man should get a raise, because he made your company look superlative! Brent Evans was the technician who arrived to do the repair. He was extremely friendly and new exactly what our door needed, beyond the obvious broken spring. He explained everything to us and was not in a rush. We had three estimates to choose from and everything was broken down for us. My ONLY issue was that we were scheduled from 8:00am until 10:30 and Brent wasn't able to be there until around 10:50 due to Tuesday being their office meeting day. Apparently the woman who scheduled the appointment didn't know that when I booked it. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say. I'm giving 5 stars because Brent did a fantastic job and the door works better and is safer now than it has ever been.
