The technician that serviced our garage doors today was Craig. He was very courteous and professional and only recommended those services that we actually required at this time. I would totally recommend both Precision and Craig to family & friends.

Greetings to all! I contacted Precision to replace the garage door seal which needed replacing. Chris arrived and assessed the situation and advised that replacing the garage door seal would not be a problem; however, there were other areas that needed to be addressed. Chris indicated that the garage door was great quality, but most of the parts were builder grade and clearly explained the benefits in replacing these parts. My wife and I did not want to spend almost $3K on the garage door because our home is less than four years old. But, if it would significantly reduce the LOUD opening and closing (our bedroom is over the garage), it would be well worth the extra expenditure. Jamal arrived to perform the installation and did a terrific job - nothing short of outstanding. The garage door opening and closing is MUCH QUIETER than before! He explained everything in detail and linked our mobile phones and remotes to the opener. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED and look forward to Jamal assisting us with any future garage door issues!

We called the problem in at 8:30 pm on Wednesday night and by 8:00 am on Thursday morning, Tyrone called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. He showed up right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about our garage door. After inspection he showed me the problem and calculated the cost for me to approve. Tyrone explained all of the things he was doing as he went, and before long I had a functioning door again. He made some good suggestions about maintaining the door and used a lubricant on all of the moving parts. We are happy customers and thank you for the professional work.

My garage door was increasingly making a lot of noise when I used it although it was only 3 years old. The builder warranty had expired and even though everyone said it probably only needed to be lubricanted, I felt it was not something I wanted to personally do and it would be worth the money to have a professional examine the door. After much research I called Precision and was able to get same day service. The technician showed up at the appointment time and did a great job explaining the source of the increasing noise and options for resolution. He worked quickly and did a complete tune up on the system. The price seemed reasonable and I was given a “senior” discount which I really appreciated. I would recommend them!

I called Precision overhead garage for broken springs and they scheduled me in for the same day. Brian came over within the scheduled window and did a quick assessments of my garage door. He offered me a proposal that I was hesitant at first but with explanation I was convinced I needed those replacement. He was excellent with his service and prompt with his responses. He alerted me on what to look out for pertaining to its service life and to plan for the replacement. I appreciated his professionalism! The garage door now works perfectly after replacing springs, rollers, and hubs (ends and center bearings). It makes almost no noise when operated; very quiet. Thank you

On time, very friendly. Fixed the issue. I’m not confident it will be a long term fix however. When I initially called I was told the “come out” fee was $60. My total was $300 including $90 for a new generic remote and $200 for a “tune up” that took much less than an hour. What was included in the 60, why was it not on the bill? Also I prefer folks tell me as they do work what it will cost instead of a surprise. What work is included in the $60? Not clear.
