Derrick discovered moldy wood under the old garage door weather stripping, and Jeff was able to replace the wood, and then install new garage door weather stripping. Did a google search, saw you had great reviews, called and got a live person on the phone (a biggie with me!!), made an appointment for the next day, you came when you said you would and fixed my problem (2 broken springs) and then came back the next day and replaced the rubber under the garage door which the chipmunks had eaten away. Precision door service was wonderful. I got a same day appointment. The technician who came, Derrick, was fast, clear and totally professional. His assistant, whose name I didn't get was also terrific. Derrick diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in five minutes. They then lubed the whole door and made sure everything worked perfectly. Wow-I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond and made another small repair to the power source. They were at my house for about 15 minutes. As they were leaving I said: wait, I need to pay you. The repair was so quick (screwing in the arm bracket that had come out of the wall) that they didn't charge me. They just said be sure to call us again if anything goes wrong. I will! Thank you!

Wow...I am impressed with the customer service and care of this company. I received a call ahead that the technician was in route and he arrived within the timeframe given when I made the appointment. Upon arrival the Technician was Derrick who I knew in advance would be the one servicing our units. He diagnosed what the problem was and had to make a minor adjustment that solved the problem we were experiencing. This is a good company to deal with and I will certainly use them again if I have another problem in the future. Great job Precision in all facets of your business.

I found Precision online. Expectation were met work wise. On a scale of 5 to 1 it was a 4. The technician was quick, knownledgeable and professional and knew his job. The price for the work done was very high. It took him 30 minutes to get the job done and the cost was almost $100 per ten minutes. A charge of $225 was good, but putting the service call on top of it made it to high, therefore a 4.

I was given a window of time and before that time arrived I was telephoned to say that one of the techs called out due to the snow (12/10) but they still fit me in the schedule anyway, they just moved back the time.
