A spring on our garage door broke and the door failed to operate. Chris did a thorough analysis of the entire garage door system and recommended new springs, rollers, bearings, and other moving parts. He gave us an estimate within 15 minutes, and, after getting our approval, did a complete upgrade to the entire system within about 90 minutes. The garage door now works perfectly. We are very pleased with the entire experience and the end result. Chris and his co-worker did an outstanding job.

We are very pleased with the service provided. The repairs crew came prepared to address all issues related to the broken garage door operating system. They provided a solid professional advise on what is needed, addressed critical safety issues, gave us various options and upon agreement they proceeded to address all issues. At the end of the process we ended up with a wonderful new operating system for our garage doors. The crew was friendly and professional and would strongly recommend this company for any garage door related issues. Although the pricing was somewhat higher than we originally expected, we feel absolutely comfortable with the outcome.

I had two Liftmaster motors that were over 30 years old and one had failed completely. Our service tech (Chris) arrived right on schedule and installed two new systems with rollers and wires and two new motors. Chris was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Yes,glad to give a review. The tech who came to repair my garage door was very personal and informed. I had complained about the door being too noisy and he said it needed heavier springs and set about doing that and checking everything else on the door oiling,etc. I am very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to call again with any problems and he assured me that I would not need him again for a long time.

Pushy sales tactics - wouldn’t leave until I agreed to something. Tried to upsell services I didn’t ask for. Tried to get me to call my husband to agree to work. All I wanted was a quote so I could compare with other companies. They were able to come quickly and did do the work but he had to take a picture of my card and I have no assurance the info was deleted. I had to order a new card. My husband is disappointed with the work done - they installed the opener not level. We won’t be back for the rest of the servicing needed.
