Brian was our Service Tech. He called to let me know when he was headed to my home and was very pleasant over the phone and throughout the repair job. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and also provided tips for us to help keep things operating smoothly in between service checks etc. The job was completed efficiently and my garage door is operating nicely.

I found Precision online. Expectation were met work wise. On a scale of 5 to 1 it was a 4. The technician was quick, knownledgeable and professional and knew his job. The price for the work done was very high. It took him 30 minutes to get the job done and the cost was almost $100 per ten minutes. A charge of $225 was good, but putting the service call on top of it made it to high, therefore a 4.

The two representatives from Precision Garage Door Darrell and Brian were both friendly, professional and timely. I love it! They came in and immediately made their assessment of the job that needed to be done which was to replace the torsion spring and center bearing and completed the job within 40 minutes of their arrival. In addition they check a over a safety listing to make sure that your system is properly balance and in good condition before they leave. Two thumbs up!!!

He repaired my door in about 1 hour and I was floored by the quietness and smoothness of my old door. A+++. Barry came to fix a broken spring in my garage. He was extremely professional and courteous. He worked very quickly to get the repair done and took extra time to ensure it was done perfectly. He made small adjustments to ensure the door was closing the exact amount necessary and that the repair was done properly. I really can't say enough good things about him; I was extremely stressed out about the garage door not working and Barry came in and saved the deal. The quality and price of this repair was unbeatable and I highly recommend Precision. I doubt I'll need another repair again, but if I do, I'm coming to Precision. A+++

A very pleasant woman answered my call and told me that Darrell would be arriving in the afternoon between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00. She followed up with an e-mail confirming our conversation. Darrell did arrive during the hours given to me. He was extremely pleasant and got to work right away assessing what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair the door. He patiently answered all my questions and he quickly repaired the broken spring. I couldn't have asked for better service from him and from everyone else I spoke with in your organization.

I have used Precision several times. This time around I asked to have my garage door remote replaced and programed. The Tech world respond ed to my call was very knowledgeable, professional and practice fair business ethics. He even helped me over the phone to reprogram remote after I wiped his programming.
