The two representatives from Precision Garage Door Darrell and Brian were both friendly, professional and timely. I love it! They came in and immediately made their assessment of the job that needed to be done which was to replace the torsion spring and center bearing and completed the job within 40 minutes of their arrival. In addition they check a over a safety listing to make sure that your system is properly balance and in good condition before they leave. Two thumbs up!!!

Barry came to my home and more than impressed me. He analyzed my garage door system, told me what was right and wrong and told me the cost to fix the problems. He repaired my door in about 1 hour and I was floored by the quietness and smoothness of my old door. Barry did a great job and was very professional. After installation of a new opener, he spent an additional 30 minutes troubleshooting a problem with the door to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I had been stood up by 2 other companies in the area. When I read the reviews from previous customers I felt confident that you all would at least show up. A+++. Barry came to fix a broken spring in my garage. He was extremely professional and courteous. He worked very quickly to get the repair done and took extra time to ensure it was done perfectly. He made small adjustments to ensure the door was closing the exact amount necessary and that the repair was done properly. I really can't say enough good things about him; I was extremely stressed out about the garage door not working and Barry came in and saved the deal. The quality and price of this repair was unbeatable and I highly recommend Precision. I doubt I'll need another repair again, but if I do, I'm coming to Precision. A+++

I read about you in Angie's List. The reviews you received were excellent and my assessment equals theirs. A very pleasant woman answered my call and told me that Darrell would be arriving in the afternoon between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00. She followed up with an e-mail confirming our conversation. Darrell did arrive during the hours given to me. He was extremely pleasant and got to work right away assessing what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair the door. He patiently answered all my questions and he quickly repaired the broken spring. I couldn't have asked for better service from him and from everyone else I spoke with in your organization.

I have used Precision several times. This time around I asked to have my garage door remote replaced and programed. The Tech world respond ed to my call was very knowledgeable, professional and practice fair business ethics. He even helped me over the phone to reprogram remote after I wiped his programming. We will use him again both is Beltsville home and Randallstown md.

Precision sent a Tech out the same day of my initial call (Saturday). However they had to order a part. The tech temporary fixed the door so that it would operate over the weekend. First thing on Monday, they fixed the door as promised. $30 dollar off coupon on line, plus prompt service! No complaints!!

He informed me of what needed to be done, provided an estimate and began his task. Shortly thereafter, he completed the job and asked me to check for satisfaction. I found Precision online. Expectation were met work wise. On a scale of 5 to 1 it was a 4. The technician was quick, knownledgeable and professional and knew his job. The price for the work done was very high. It took him 30 minutes to get the job done and the cost was almost $100 per ten minutes. A charge of $225 was good, but putting the service call on top of it made it to high, therefore a 4.
