Couldn't have been happier with Precision Garage Doors. Called at about 0845 on a Saturday when a door came off it's tracks. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment. Technician (Barry) showed up within the allotted time frame. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it in a way even I, a mechanically challenged human, could understand. Fixed in 15 minutes. Barry was great. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing garage door repair.

The advertisement was quite detailed and made me confident that the company was legitimate, professional and the technicians were both professional and expert at their jobs. The technician, Barry A Cavazos, was punctual, professional and explained to us the things that were wrong beyond what we saw. He answered our questions so that we fully understood and made recommendations but didn't try to talk us into anything. He went over exactly what he was going to do and after completing the job, he had us to test out the repairs. He did an excellent job and I would recommend both the the company and the technician.

The service was scheduled same day as the garage door spring broke. That was helpful since both cars were stuck inside. The service man came in the time 12-4 frame given at 2:30. He was done in about an hour. Instead of just repairing the single spring he replaced it with 2 springs which will hopefully help avoid getting locked in the garage again. Also he was very friendly and worked quickly.

After reading all the reviews about this company I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The technician Barry called prior to coming and showed when he said he would. Upon arriving and evaluating our garage door, Barry recommended replacing the safety cables that had been installed incorrectly by another garage company. He also suggested replacing our current garage door opener which was a screw drive with a belt drive. Barry took care of everything in a timely manner and did a great job. I would recommend Barry and also Precision Garage Door for all of your garage door needs.

He was very professional, yet personable, when explaining the problem I was facing and what needed to be done to resolve it.
