I only wished all companies were like this one! I called last night and surprisingly a lady answered the phone. She took my information (broken spring) and gave me an appointment in the morning. She said that she would send and email and that the installer would call before they came. All of this happened as promised. The technician, Sherman came by early and was a very nice individual. He explained I really needed two springs for the size door I had. I agreed to his suggestion and wondered why it didn't come with two springs. It took less than a hour to install the new springs. I am elated with the quality of work from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and you will too if you choose them for your garage door needs. All I can say is thank you!!

The service techibicians, Derrick and Jeff, of Precision helped me so much. Derrick discovered moldy wood under the old garage door weather stripping, and Jeff was able to replace the wood, and then install new garage door weather stripping. I had a broken spring replaced by another company 2 years ago (they replaced both springs at the time), and when one of those springs broke a week ago, of course I went with a different company. Barry was the technician, and was knowledgeable, thorough, and fast! He explained what he had done, showed me how the door was properly balanced, showed me where they had lubricated everything, and we went through several test runs with and without the opener. The prior company I used did none of that. You can tell by just looking at the springs that Precision Garage used a far superior product than what was put on two years ago. And a five-year warranty on the springs is an added bonus!

I was initially looking to get my garage door repaired. I looked online for a repair company and saw the ad for PDS. The company appeared to offer a lot in terms of services provided. I ended up purchasing a new garage door opener (very wise choice) and so far, I am very satisfied with the purchase I made and the technician who installed it.

On June 6, 2017, Mr. JR Queen came to our home with an estimate of our garage door replacement. He identified himself upon arrival and was very professional. "JR" as he prefers to be called reviewed the estimate, gave us a sample of new doors, explained the cost, as well as any applicable discounts. He also gave us an expected delivery date and estimated time for repair. His jovial, yet professional manner put me at ease. We were referred to Precision by friends with equal satisfaction.
