On June 6, 2017, Mr. JR Queen came to our home with an estimate of our garage door replacement. He identified himself upon arrival and was very professional. "JR" as he prefers to be called reviewed the estimate, gave us a sample of new doors, explained the cost, as well as any applicable discounts. He also gave us an expected delivery date and estimated time for repair. His jovial, yet professional manner put me at ease. We were referred to Precision by friends with equal satisfaction. Couldn't have been happier with Precision Garage Doors. Called at about 0845 on a Saturday when a door came off it's tracks. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment. Technician (Barry) showed up within the allotted time frame. Diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it in a way even I, a mechanically challenged human, could understand. Fixed in 15 minutes. Barry was great. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing garage door repair.

The advertisement was quite detailed and made me confident that the company was legitimate, professional and the technicians were both professional and expert at their jobs. The technician, Barry A Cavazos, was punctual, professional and explained to us the things that were wrong beyond what we saw. He answered our questions so that we fully understood and made recommendations but didn't try to talk us into anything. He went over exactly what he was going to do and after completing the job, he had us to test out the repairs. He did an excellent job and I would recommend both the the company and the technician.

The service was scheduled same day as the garage door spring broke. That was helpful since both cars were stuck inside. The service man came in the time 12-4 frame given at 2:30. He was done in about an hour. Instead of just repairing the single spring he replaced it with 2 springs which will hopefully help avoid getting locked in the garage again. Also he was very friendly and worked quickly.
