I have dealt with Precision for over a 15 years. They are the go to for my garage door service. They have been exceptional. I have had my garage door replaced, my garage door opener replaced, had a keypad installed and had tune ups over the years. Just today I had the fob replaced after 10 years of service. My house is over 25 years old and we all know that the garage door opener and equipment is a wear and tear item that needs periodic maintenance. They are great.

Purchased two new garage doors and motors 2 months ago. When the home inspector came, he pointed out a safety feature had not been setup. I called Precision to remedy this. The person that came out charged me $195 for the callout. Unacceptable after sales service!

I was very pleased with Precision when our garage doors were installed many years ago. When I called on Tuesday for an appointment to repair the broken spring in one of them, an appointment was scheduled for the next day at a reasonable time. Barry came right on schedule, did the work quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure how it could be any better!

I contacted Precision Garage doors at 830pm and spoke with Becca. I explained the situation, out of the blue my garage door springs gave out and I was not able to raise the garage door., and Becca immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8-12. Barry (the technician) contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived promptly at 9am. The springs and cable needed to be replaced. Afterwards he lubricated all the installed parts and even took the time to lubricate the garage door opener chain! I would highly recommend precision garage doors for all your garage door needs. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They and Barry have become my go to company for all my garage door needs.

I attempted to program a second garage door opener. My efforts resulted in deprogramming two garage openers and the keyless entry pad. Additionally the garage door would not raise all the way. I contacted Precision Door Service and they sent out Barry. Wow! An efficient and professional technician. Within minutes Barry had everything reprogrammed and working! He even took the time to give me tips on keeping the garage door lubricated. Exceptional friendly service!

Good morning! The first service I have had in 12/10/2010 done by Derrick, and that was excellent! This time Barry and Shawn were good also. After they left, my garage door is shutting down and re-opening by itself, without touching nothing, so I called in and talked with Ms. Amber and asked her that it is scary and dangerous and schedule an appointment to have some one come out and check it out what is wrong. So the original estimate was a great experience. I would give it 5 stars. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed straightforward regarding what would be needed to replace my garage door. I got the estimate and it was more or less competitive with the other estimate I had just received. Again, still 5 stars. But then I call them to ask a few questions and find out how early I could get the replacement scheduled and that I'd give 1 star. I called the only number they have (a 1888 number) and the "scheduling dispatch" while nice enough couldn't do anything for me.... He couldn't answer my question about the quote (he'd have to have someone call me back)... and he couldn't tell me how long it would take before I could have the door installed (i.e. the scheduling dispatch couldn't tell me when they could install the door that they priced for me... again, he'd have someone call me back). Of course at this point I am a bit frustrated and he has the nerve to ask "is there anything else I can do for you" again... he is still pleasant... but calling in was useless... there might as well just be an answering machine because he couldn't help me at all. Needless to say, I think I'm going to go with the other company.

Excellent job by Barry! Great customer service! I like service people who repair but also teach you safe guards about your items. My garage door was functioning when I called. I just didn't like the way it was sounding like it was straining. I learned more about the mechanics about a garage door which made me happy about how I was so paranoid about how it was sounding. It had the wrong springs and support bolts that another company did. Now, the door goes up and down with little noise.

I had a problem with my garage door closing and scheduled a technician to come out for repair. Barry C. was the technician who promptly found the problem with a broken wire, and repaired it within minutes. I had expected to pay their minimum service call charge, but Barry felt with the time he spent on it didn't warrant a charge at all. I am very grateful to the kind of guy that doesn't put money above all else. I felt badly about not paying him anything but he was rather insistent that it remain a no charge item. I will be recommending the services of Precision Door and that especially of their technician Barry C., a stellar & affable guy. Thanks!
