Rick did an overhaul of our garage door which when operated would come down noisy and uneven. Rick was very professional and polite and did an excellent job. The door hasn’t worked this well since it was brand new.

I have used these folks in Florida and Maryland for all my garage door needs and they do a superior job. The employees come, assess the situation, make recommendations and present options and then perform the work immediately or place the orders and return to perform the work with minimal delays. Prices are not cheap, but neither is the equipment or work performed poor.

While this was to totally, totally, unexpected surprise and expense, I was extremely please with Barry's professionalism, efficiency, accountability and communication. Personally, I feel like customer service and communication has fallen by the waist side over the past 10 years, however, Barry, definitely bucked that trend. He was on time, a big plus, and explain to me what he was going to do and the pricing for the repairs. While, the pricing did appear to be high, I knew that the repairs were needed and he did a GREAT job in explaining in DETAIL, what he was going to do and why. Pricing aside, I would definitely used Precision Overhead Garage door service and i would definitely request Barry.

The service reps were very timely. They indicated the problem and provided an estimate for the repair, I approved the estimate and they set out to take care of the problem. This has been the worst service and customer service experience that Ive ever had. My door is still not complete on 7/25/19 for a simple new garage door install. My first appointment was on 6/5/19. I have been getting the run around on completion of the door. They installed the door and there were gaps around it, i had to call them to check on the filling the gaps. They came out at least 5 times total to finally add paneling around the door but there is still a gap to this day. Last time a guy came he said the door was the wrong size, now they are telling me that they cant put a door the right size and they just need to add more wood to seal it up. I have never experience so much confusion on what needs to be done for something that should be simple. The door is custom made apparently so i don't know if they don't want to spend them money to make a new because they made the wrong size or what. This is horrible and my door is still not complete.

I called Precision Door Service when one of the cables broke on the garage door. After looking at some videos on how to replace it, I was thinking about just doing this myself, but in the end I decided to call the professionals, and I'm very glad that I did. The tech was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job, and he went out of his way to fix some other things that were wrong (needed lube, etc). The garage door works really great now, it's much quieter and operates a lot more smoothly. Thanks very much!

I was completely surprised with the quick response to my request as well as the date to perform the repair to my garage door opener. Moreover, unbeknownst to me, when the garage door opener was installed by another company the technician never installed the belt correctly which caused the belt to come loose. However, the Precision technician (Barry Cavazos) quickly identified the problem and made the repair. Mr. Cavazos was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained as well as showed me everything he was doing and he gave me pointers to maintain not only the garage door opener but my garage door as well. While he was there I also had him change the bottom weather seal which had deteriorated and being held together with gorilla tape. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Cavazos and the Precision Garage door company and I highly recommend the company and will use them again if the need arise.

The company just came over to replace a broken Spring. They advised me to upgrate to a two small springs. It took them only 20 minutes which was great. However I over paid. They changed me $670. Ater doing some research i found out that other companies only charge between $300 $400. This is kind sad. They seems to be a good company with a good customer service but the price is a big NO NO. Because of the urgency of having a working harage door some company will take advantage of the situation.

Thank you Precision and especially Francisco Moreno who was prompt, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and more importantly was honest about what was required to repair the springs. He also went above and beyond the scope of replacing a broken spring by tightening brackets, rails and lubricating the joints and rollers. I did not expect that. Precision will continue to be my go to garage door service company. As a repeat customer this was very important to me.
