We bought our two garage doors and openers from Precision, so when we experienced an issue with one on Christmas Eve late they gave me the first a available which was the Sunday the day after Christmas. We were pleased with the whole process.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with your company. Your technician communicated well throughout the process and when he got here, he "listened" to my concerns and asked me questions instead of going straight to the "sales pitch.." He was honest, very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and professionally. If ANYONE in the Frederick/Hagerstown area needs ANY work done regarding their garage doors, openers, springs, pulleys, etc. I would STRONGLY recommend Precision Garage Door.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday and they came out the same day to fix it. The time of arrival promised was met. Derrick was super nice and professional and I couldn't be happier with the work he performed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and make suggestions for maintenance of the door to prevent future repairs. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone I know. Thank you!

Chris was awesome! This guy is personable and patient in answering questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about garage door products and how they work! He replaced all the moving parts of my garage doors and installed new openers. I am amazed at how quiet and smooth everything works! I am very very pleased. ....you should give this guy a raise!!!

It is quite inconvenient when one's home garage door will not function! I was so pleased with the rapid, professional response to my problem. I called simply because I saw an ad online and took a chance. I called several companies in fact. I was pleased that a serviceman could be sent the next day and on a SATURDAY. He was very personable and gave me lots of helpful information & advice on caring for the various components of our two doors. I will definitely call again when the need arises and highly recommend Precision.
