Michael has been with Precision Door Service for many years and is a valuable asset to our team. Michael coordinates the flow of our schedule and is exceptional in customer service and keeping our technicians and installers with ample inventory. Well versed in service, he is also a great resource for our customers and technicians in the field. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
We had a new garage door installed by another company in March 2014 by August 2014 the ceiling support began to fall. After 8 days of attempts to get them to do an emergency service call we gave up. I searched on line and found wonderful reviews about Precision. A call was made and in less than 24 hours we had an appointment, knew exactly which tech would be making the repair. The repair has been made and we couldn't be happier. We will be using Precision for all our garage door needs. Thanks Precision!!!

Michael E explained the offerings and gave me prices of repair vs replace for my openers. Since my existing chain openers were 12 years old, I opted to replace both (even though only one was broken). Michael was very helpful in explaining operation and warranty, and I was very satisfied with the installation. I think the price is a bit higher than big box stores, but I was glad to get a quick turnaround.

From first contact, Precision was the right choice...the woman who took my original call was very helpful and guaranteed that my tech would be there between 3-5, and Mike E was even early for my appointment. Once Mike E arrived, he was great to deal with, as he inspected the entire works of my garage door, tightening anything that looked like it would later be a problem. Job was done right, and I would highly recommend Precision, and particularly, Mike E !!

We contacted Precision and was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The bracket supporting the rear trackand spring had pulled out of the ceiling. Michael arrived on time and reviewed our situation. He had a challenge finding the stud to reattach the bracket but now it's mounted better than before. Good work Michael. We will absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in need of repair or new replacement.

Excellent service! Timely, friendly, and competant... Michael called in advance to give me his estimated time of arrival. He was very detailed in his assessment. He performed the work in an expeditious manner. Before leaving, he performed a walk-thru with me of all services provided and showed me where my springs had worn down and one was broke. I will definitely use Precsion again!!

Same Technician we had in October for the other door repair. Really competent and states the facts plain. We were given a 2 hour window and they called about 30 minutes into the beginning of that window to explain how much longer it would be until he arrived. Nice guy! thank you! The entire experience was professional from the first call until the technician left. We were literally locked in the garage unable to get to work and Mike arrived to save the day. We had previously used Overhead Doors and when we called them they couldn't find any of our records and said that someone would get back to us by noon. When Mike was pulling out of the driveway, job completed, Overhead was just calling us back for the first time. Snooze you lose.
