Called on a Sunday just to get your hours and the phone was answered....took our information, found a convenient time slot, sent a confirmation email with techs name and photo...this part could not be better. Barry C. showed up, explained everything (problem, solutions, time to repair, etc.), provided options and costs for each option and saw my level of interest so allowed me to see how the repairs were completed. He mentioned it would take about 30 minutes to complete the job. I decided to finish trimming two shrubs, because there is no way that job could be finished in 30 minutes. Well, I came back and he was down, WOW. He explained exactly what he did, which was exactly what he thought he would need to do. Barry C. was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. This part could not have been better. Overall, the experience was perfect. It costed more than I expected, but the warranty, technician skills and quality of the product; well worth money.

2 years ago I had the garage door spring replaced by precision. Several days ago the spring broke. I called precision yesterday and a nice gentleman name Barry came out today. He explained to me the details of the work and what is covered in the warranty. He did a super job installing and getting the door properly balanced. I am very happy with the work that was done.

I hired Precision to fix one of my two garage doors. Barry was our technician and did a fantastic job. Not only was he punctual and friendly, he explained to us our options for service (which saved us some money), but he also went through a 101 on how to keep our doors properly lubricated and working properly. He finished the job very quickly, and was very polite. I would hire Precision again.

So much unexpected costs with my garage door broken spring repair. The technician  is quite a saleman; from the beginning of the estimate of the job, additional cost after another, it was one spring that broke but ended up with two sping replacements done, then I needed a new motor trolley replacement as well, the total job cost me over$550. My garage door was repaired but I belive it's sure over priced:(

I had an issue with my garage door not raising all the way or staying closed. I called and Precision was able to look at the door on a Saturday. This was a big help to me since I wasn't able to take off during the week. The technician was on time, very professional and explained what options I had to repair the door opener. I opted to replace the limit switch. He quickly replaced the switch, tightened the door chair and also oiled the garage door track. The door now opens smoothly and raises and closes completely. Barry was very professional and showed me exactly what the issue was. I highly recommend Precision and will be calling again in the future if I have any other problems with the door.

I was quite disappointed in with this experience. My worst with any service repair over the last 20 years for anything in house. I was quoted lifetime warranty on the phone, and i was also quoted that labor is included in the material price. But it turned out warranty was only 5 years and labor was extra. I was in a corner as needed to get somewhere today otherwise would not have gotten the work done. I was asked to pay in advance which again puts a bad taste to begin with....as a result i did not even tip the technician (which is what i generally do). I would have rated it even worse, but towards the end the technician did a good job and made my experience a little better. A 2-3 inch ballbearing coupling for $45. I am an engineer and know what those cost. That is an obnoxious price and taking advantage of the customer when he is already hooked and technician is at the door.

You found a way to get to the issue right away so the garage door would not be open overnight. My service man was prompt, polite, compassionate, professional and fixed my door in about 20 minutes. I was impressed from start to finish. I appreciate the photos of your staff - that gives an extra level of security and shows you care about your customer and your staff at a very high level. I was so pleased with everything that I have referred a co-worker for service on her garage door. This seemed a little pricy for a 45 minute repair, but the technician was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He went over the proper way to lubricate the door (and parts).

Barry came out and replaced the broken cable on one of our garage door. He was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing and provided some tips on how to maintain the garage doors. He even greased the chain and the roller track on one of the garage door. I gave 4 star as I found the price of the cables seems to be a little higher than the other competitor but I would definitely use them again if ever my garage doors need fixing again. Just a tip to others, they replace things in pairs even if only one is broken (i.e. cables or springs).

First I thought the amount was pretty steep to install a openet and conversion, but after dealing with barry, I know the money was well worth it. Barry is the best tech ever. He was super nice and explained everything. Great job.

I found this company online and was able to get an appointment easily. I liked that the company gives you the picture of the technician who will come to the house for security reasons. He was knowledgeable and the repair was fast, although I felt it was a little expensive. I will use this company again.
