We've called upon Precision three times now and each time we have had great service. This last time was for replacing the rubber seals at the bottom of two garage doors. Barry did a great job, was on time, and even called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He not only replaced the seals, but also took the time to lubricate the chains and all moving parts of the two doors. We were very pleased with his service and will not hesitate to call on Precision (Barry) when the need arises again. Thank you, Precision!

The fact that it's taken me over 2 weeks to write this review is an indication of how busy I've been. The garage door in the basement of my daughter's townhouse began working erratically. I didn't have time to check it out, so following my son's recommendation (he used you guys for critical servicing on his garage door), I called your company. The scheduling was quick, and easily worked into my schedule. Barry arrived right at the appointed time. He was quick and efficient in the repairs - and had to replaced quite a few parts. Our door would get stuck when opening. We were able to schedule a time quickly and actually got the same technician who repaired our door previously. We were informed when they were coming prior to their arrival. Barry fixed the problem and told us that we should have annual maintenance on our door because of the size of our door and because it has had to be repaired multiple times. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

This technician, William Byrne, went to this job site right away and found/resolved the item right away. He was very professional and explained how he resolved the issue very thoroughly and then performed a careful 25-point inspection on each of our garage doors. Kudos to the technician and the Company! Because it was a Saturday and I knew the garage door company I usually use wasn't open week-ends. I decided to look on the internet for week-end workers. The first site that came up was Precision Overhead Garage. Their website said if you call before noon, you can get an appointment that day. Even though it was 1pm, I decided to call anyway. After explaining that I couldn't close or open my garage door, they told me they would go ahead and schedule a time that day...even though it was after their same-day service cut off time of noon. They told me the technician would arrive between 3pm-5pm and he would call before coming (that was nice because I was able to run errands locally and not have to wait at home for those 2 hours). I also have to mention that although the company used an answering service to take the call and schedule the appointment, the gentleman that helped me was also very professional and courteous. Derrick, the technician that was assigned to the repair, called to tell me he was on his way. It was also within the arrival timeframe the company had promised. When he got to my house, he was polite and professional. He assessed the problem and made sure that I was clear about the cost of the repair and the cost of the service call. I agreed and he immediately went to work. He never tried to sell me any other services or parts or repairs that weren't needed. He was finished within 45 minutes and the door worked perfectly. I was able to pay with a credit card even without them being able to verify the information because it was a week-end. I was very impressed that they did that, especially because I was a new customer and had no history with them. Obviously, by my 5-star rating, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional garage door company. Thank you to Derrick and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!!

The technician was patient and charming and explained that there's a battery in my keypad...and it needed changing and that was all. I was relieved and happy about that BUT -- when I called the lady I spoke with was lovely and asked me a lot of questions about my garage door, but at no time did she suggest that I check the battery. That was the only fault I could find with your company and the service

I found Precision Garage Doors by searching Google. I new nothing about this company until today. And I am very, very impressed with what I saw today, with professional attitude, top grade of service I received.
