This technician, William Byrne, went to this job site right away and found/resolved the item right away. He was very professional and explained how he resolved the issue very thoroughly and then performed a careful 25-point inspection on each of our garage doors. Kudos to the technician and the Company! I give William a five star.

Because it was a Saturday and I knew the garage door company I usually use wasn't open week-ends. I decided to look on the internet for week-end workers. The first site that came up was Precision Overhead Garage. Their website said if you call before noon, you can get an appointment that day. Even though it was 1pm, I decided to call anyway. After explaining that I couldn't close or open my garage door, they told me they would go ahead and schedule a time that day...even though it was after their same-day service cut off time of noon. They told me the technician would arrive between 3pm-5pm and he would call before coming (that was nice because I was able to run errands locally and not have to wait at home for those 2 hours). I also have to mention that although the company used an answering service to take the call and schedule the appointment, the gentleman that helped me was also very professional and courteous. Derrick, the technician that was assigned to the repair, called to tell me he was on his way. It was also within the arrival timeframe the company had promised. When he got to my house, he was polite and professional. He assessed the problem and made sure that I was clear about the cost of the repair and the cost of the service call. I agreed and he immediately went to work. He never tried to sell me any other services or parts or repairs that weren't needed. He was finished within 45 minutes and the door worked perfectly. I was able to pay with a credit card even without them being able to verify the information because it was a week-end. I was very impressed that they did that, especially because I was a new customer and had no history with them. Obviously, by my 5-star rating, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional garage door company. Thank you to Derrick and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!!

My current opener was not working and rather than fixing the old one I elected to have a new one installed after Barry reviewed all the options with me. Barry did a great job, installed it quickly and programed the remotes and keypad. Highly recommend this company and ask for Barry!

The technician was patient and charming and explained that there's a battery in my keypad...and it needed changing and that was all. I was relieved and happy about that BUT -- when I called the lady I spoke with was lovely and asked me a lot of questions about my garage door, but at no time did she suggest that I check the battery. That was the only fault I could find with your company and the service

I found Precision Garage Doors by searching Google. I new nothing about this company until today. And I am very, very impressed with what I saw today, with professional attitude, top grade of service I received. The crew (Barry was handling my call) was on time, proposed the most reasonable solution to my problem, worked fast, and did excellent job! Had the tune-up and new keypad special on Angie's list. Barry was very polite and helpful but had to return because he did not have the correct keypad. He promptly returned Monday morning @ 10 and installed the keypad. We will be calling next year to have a new garage door installed.

The staff was helpful in scheduling the appointment quickly. The staff called to let me know the techician was ahead of scheduled and worked well with me to meet the new plan. I have had openers installed by other places and it took twice as long because the staff really did not know what they were doing. It is worth the extra money to go with an expert. I use this company for all my garage door needs and have been very satisfied every time.

We had some problems with our garage doors. Our technician was Barry C and he was very prompt and polite. He explained everything he was going to do as well as the cost estimate, which seemed a little high but we agreed to it. The repairs were completed in a timely manor.

While the service was impecable, I was disheartened with the cost. The service call was $49 and was not applied to the work I needed done. I had two brackets installed which took ten minutes and another $99. The total was so high that with another 50-100 I could have had a whole new opener...for just two brackets? Really? Sad....
