The service of booking was great. Professional, willing to work w my flexible schedule. Also liked the email to educate that they were professional (uniform, truck, name badge) to avoid scams. Servicemen were polite, helpful, and got the job done timely. I was concerned about the price. 11 years ago we got a new electric garage system from them for $530. This was extension spring, cables, and pulleys (almost a new set) but cost $860. Would like a 5 year warranty instead of 1 year given to me for that much money - service people said these products were superior quality.

Garage door opener repair and replacement. Ive seen your TV ads and trucks in Annapolis area. The technician Greg or Craig? was very polite and called in advance of arrival. Yes the uniform is a nice touch and a clean truck and overall appearance also nice. Service was performed within 90 minutes and I appreciated that all the parts were on the truck as advertised. He was knowledgable and did not push me into extra things. I will be back for the other door opener when it is necessary. Thank you!

We had Precision Door install a new garage door system about 10 years ago. The installer was vey efficient and knowledgeable about the product. He was also very nice and willing to answer all questions. Yesterday, I had a big problem on my hands. The garage door wouldn’t lift. So I called precision Door and they had somebody out here quick. We needed new springs installed. The installer was in and out in no time. He was very pleasant. Bd answered all of our questions. While ordering a custom door would probably be best, in today's world it may take a long time to receive.
