They came out the next day and did a fantastic job explaining the error, how to fix it, and what to watch out for going forward. It was a thorough and educational experience. Our opener failed and we had Brandon out to replace it. He was excellent. He knew the products and options. Reviewed my home setup and suggested a few options taking the time to explain the differences in warranties as well as product options. I called Precision when another repair company failed to return my call. That was probably the best thing that happened to me! I found Precision and checked out their website. When I called on a Sunday, I was greeted with a real person who was more than happy to help get me scheduled for a repair. The representative scheduled me for the next afternoon. My repair tech was Brandon P. who arrived 2 hours early. I was very impressed as he evaluated my door and all past repair work. Brandon P. concluded that I needed a few items to fix what had broken and even suggested some preventative items that needed to be replaced. Brandon was my service technician. After arriving at my house, he went over my concerns and evaluated the problem. The problem with the garage door was created by a previous company who installed the door. Brandon came up with a solution to fix the problem. He also contacted his supervisor to run the problem and solution by him. I was very pleased with their solution. Brandon was very courteous and professional, and a great mechanic/technician. I was surprised that I could get an appointment right away. Brandon Phillips called and set up an appointment for Jan. 12th. He was on time and did not waste any time in inspecting my garage door. He gave me 2 estimates, one for 2 extension springs and the for a single spring. I chose the first option. He said it would take about an hour. true to his word the door was fixed in an hour. I handled the billing, it was easy. I would call upon, Precision, Brandon, again if I need any other work done on the garage door. I have already told friends about the great job that was done.
