Barry has been with Precision Garage Doors, Inc for 15 years. He was presented with the Tech of the Year award at the National Convention. Barry was born in Florida and raised in the Washington Suburbs. He currently lives in New Carrolton, MD. Barry has four daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and prides himself as being a good father. His hobbies include car repair and being a founding member of the Crown Vic Car Club. Garage door broke in the morning, could not get car out because of broken spring. The guys showed up by noon were very polite, professional, willing to make recommendations, listen to my concerns and in the end left me with an almost new door that works the way it is supposed to with and QUALITY parts. No sales pressure, just honest recommendations and willingness to give me a better and safe door solution.

Can I give 10 stars? :) I am not sure how I initially found you years ago, but I called last week when my garage door opener blew out after a lightning strike. Barry came out the very next day and installed a new unit. What a nice guy! He was efficient, explained everything -- just super. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing defect in that unit, so when the door malfunctioned I called again--and once again, you sent someone right away. This time it was Brian--another super-nice guy, efficient guy! I told him that being nice must be a prerequisite to working at Precision! :) My unit was replaced and re-programmed and is working like a champ! I have been singing Precision's praises on my Facebook page, so you may get a few new customers. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is in this day and age to have a company that is so responsive, efficient, respectful, kind, and pleasant, and that stands by its work and products. It's rare nowadays. I've been a long-time customer and will be a customer for life! Keep up the great work!

I am a repeat customer that had door springs installed be PDS before. I called again because of the excellent service I received previously and it matched the service Garry provided today; very knowledgable. He came during my appointment window, called ahead of his arrival to let us know he was on his way, assessed the needed repair, performed the work in a safe manner, did the 25-Pount Safety Check, advised us of a deficiency, and demonstrated the operation of the repaired work. Good morning, Just want to say Thank you!! Monday mornings come too soon, especially yesterday. The main spring for our SINGLE double garage door snapped. I having a 7:30 appointment, my husband is long gone of course and I panicked. The door is over 400 lbs, need I say more! Calling my husband for HELP!!! Within 20 mins, an appointment was confirmed by email along with a time line that was FANTASTIC 8 -12 on MONDAY the same day. Hard to believe that customers still do matter. Also, the email included Technician's name and photo. That was wonderful. The entire morning went the same way. I received a call about an hour later, surprise! Oh yes the man Berry C was for real. Said he would be there at a certain time and yes he was on the minute. He was very well groomed, introduced himself and said we could get everything taken care off. He walked me through what he was going to need to do to take care of my problem. He didn't think it was a problem, so I feeling pretty good at this point. He said all the right things. I could tell he was a truly qualified professional in his industry. He gave me a cost estimate and time line to finish before the work started. Everything was perfect. I failed to mention how organized and clean his truck was, good to see. A+++. Barry came to fix a broken spring in my garage. He was extremely professional and courteous. He worked very quickly to get the repair done and took extra time to ensure it was done perfectly.
