Online chat was very responsive and helpful. My spring broke right around closing time. Preston came to the rescue and was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the tehnical issues with my garage doors. We discussed various fix options. He was insightful and helpful with solutioning my issue. I have used these guys in the past when I was in a bind. Great company! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent and quick service!! Preston, your technician, is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He replaced the broken torsion spring along with the other worn parts on our huge garage door. This coming spring 2022 we'll have Precision replace the spring on our other garage door...before that breaks! We HIGhLY recommend Precision and Preston!
