I could not have ask for a better experience. The service was outstanding, it was quick, clean, the technician went over everything he did and explained the operation of the new garage opener. Our garage door opener had to be replaced, the springs were replaced and the rollers on the side of the garage doors. I highly recommend this company and technician for a JOB WELL DONE!

I chose Precision based on their advertisement & the fact that it stated their technicians carry the necessary parts to repair on the spot. No need for a second appointment. He provided me with a call to inform me that he was in route to my house, once he arrived he greeted me with a smile, assessed the damage and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his ability to make the necessary repairs to my garage. Upon completion of the repairs he offered me recommendations to maintain the best performance from my garage door. Mike also provided me with a detailed breakdown of my fees for services provided. Excellent service. Our door broke around 7pm on Friday, we found Precision online, called and got an appointment for Saturday morning. The repairman arrived within the quoted time frame. He was friendly, very efficient, and had our door fixed within an hour. I was impressed with this company from start to finish.
