I saw the garage door opener on TV about a year or so ago. Finally decided to call and have it installed. Technician, Sherman was GREAT, OUTSTANDING customer service. I am very pleased with my door, thanks.

I could not have ask for a better experience. The service was outstanding, it was quick, clean, the technician went over everything he did and explained the operation of the new garage opener. Our garage door opener had to be replaced, the springs were replaced and the rollers on the side of the garage doors. I highly recommend this company and technician for a JOB WELL DONE!

I am giving Precision a 5 star rating, but I am giving the technician a 1 star. I have already spoke to the manager regarding my repair on Saturday, 8/15/15, with Darrell and don't want to go into complete detail again. But in short, additional customer service training is needed.

Your technician Mike was Professional, Friendly, and, Knowledgeable. He provided me with a call to inform me that he was in route to my house, once he arrived he greeted me with a smile, assessed the damage and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his ability to make the necessary repairs to my garage. Upon completion of the repairs he offered me recommendations to maintain the best performance from my garage door. Mike also provided me with a detailed breakdown of my fees for services provided. True to his word, he did arrive at the appointed time the next working day. He was courteous and very professional. The Job was completed in a timely manner

Excellent service. Our door broke around 7pm on Friday, we found Precision online, called and got an appointment for Saturday morning. The repairman arrived within the quoted time frame. He was friendly, very efficient, and had our door fixed within an hour. I was impressed with this company from start to finish. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door. So glad I found this company.
