Keith, with the help of Sam, was knowledgable, efficient and competent. After 18 years, the motor finally wore out and needed to be replaced. The other mechanisms, springs and pulleys, also needed replacing. They remembered to reprogram my keypad. They showed me how to replace lightbulbs and replaced three. And finally, I got new remotes to open and close my two garage doors. Great thanks for all this good service!!

Gary was awesome! I've been dealing with a competitor for three years and they didn't figure out how to fix the door. It has broken every six months or so. Gary arrived early, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and left quickly so I was able to get to work on time. He also gave me tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. He was awesome! Knowledgeable and also, very nice.

I am incredibly pleased with Precision and so glad I called them! My garage door broke on a Saturday night and got stuck closed, leaving our car trapped inside. I called the company at around 11:30pm fully expecting to leave a voice mail just hoping to make a Sunday appointment and couldn't believe it when a wonderful woman actually answered the phone! She was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived as scheduled and was truly a pleasure to work with. He explained the problem, the services being performed, and the exact charges ahead of time. He worked efficiently and had my door up and running again in less than half an hour. We were finally free again! I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with Precision's service provided from their initial interaction to their final completion of service. I will most definitely be using them again should the situation arise.

In fact, a year ago I used a different company in the area to address my problem and they just squirted some lubricant around and made a very temporary fix, something could have done myself and later did many times. Excellent service. The tech, Brian, was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very impressive - that doesn't happen very often anymore. The charges were fair also, as I had expected to pay much more than charged, even without the service fee. I would recommend Precision to to any friend or acquaintance, and if I need additional garage door service, I will be back. Good job.

I had my broken spring replaced on one of my garage doors. Everything was completed in about 30 minutes. I am satisfying with the service you provided. The only thing I don't like is the price of the parts, I think it's too expensive (Spring $200, Center bearing $45+ labor). If the spring break again, I might well buy me a new garage door.

An appointment was scheduled when I called and at a very convenient time for me. I saw your add on line and I believed Precision had the expertise to fix my issue. I called Precision to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Michael responded the same day and made the repair. Other companies I contacted said they were booked and could not come for another four days. Michael did offer me a few other options to purchased but was not pushy when I decline. I was very happy with the service provide.

The spring of my garage door went broken, I called the phone number and the technician came within 2 hours. He worked really fast to replace the spring on both side. However, your price is really too high--the total charge is $355 including emergency service, giving the fact that a pair of springs are only $40 at Home Depot.
