There should be a 10 Star option! From my initial conversation setting up my appointment to the stellar professional work completed by Chris B., this was by far the smoothest operation by a service tech we’ve ever experienced in our home. Our spring snapped on a Sunday, I called to set up the appointment on Monday and the job was finished at MY convenience on Tuesday. Chris arrived and quickly set out to complete his 25 point inspection of the entire garage door and all the mechanisms. 15 minutes later he showed me that not only did the spring obviously need to be replaced, but the rollers, back plates, pins, cables, sensors and fifteen year old motor should all be replaced as they were close to the end of their lifespan. He then wrote up and explained four options, explaining each in detail. We decided on the best option and Chris went to work. All the work was completed in under 3 hours at which point Chris walked me through and showed me in great detail what had been repaired. Now we have a brand new, WiFi enabled safe and fully functional garage door system. After answering ALL my questions, including whether I needed help setting up the system, Chris completely cleaned the space and thanked me for choosing Percision. I am THROUGHLY SATISFIED with Percision Door Service and will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to friends and family in need of garage door/system repair. One more item….give Chris B. a raise, he deserves it for his courtesy, professionalism, timelines & knowledge! ????????????????????

My garage door was malfunctioning and I googled companies. I came across Precision and read tons of reviews that were extremely helpful. I contacted the location closest to my area. They offered to have someone come out the same day but I had someone by the name of Chris B come out on Saturday. Similar to all the other reviews, he came out, ask me what we’re my concern we’re, advised he was going to do a quick inspection and then offer three different quotes. I liked having different option/quotes to weigh in decision. After discussing, I agreed on one of the quotes and the technicians got straight to work. Provided a print out and went over the work and tested garage doors. Chris B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris was on time and courteous. He pointed out that my garage door opener was 12 years old and needed some repair and 2 springs instead of just one. I asked if it would be better to get a new basic garage door opener and he said he would provide 3 options.The least expensive option was over $2100. I considered that outrageous and declined. Instead I paid $60 for a service call in which Chris reattached two pieces above the chain sleeve allowing the garage opener to function again. While Chris was not pushy regarding any purchase, I would caution potential clients do some homework/research prior to making any expensive purchase.

We needed weather stripping replaced on our garage doors, as well as some other repairs and had difficulty finding someone who was able to repair our 40 year old doors. A garage door spring broke this morning, and what a noise it made! I researched and found some great reviews for Precision Door online and gave a call. They had a Tech at the house within about 1.5 hours (really fast!l). Chris B. was AMAZING! I ended up replacing the spring (the problem), but also bought a full unit upgrade in the end. The garage opening and whole system was just under 5 years old that I had from a new construction build, and it was loud and not well done. The replacement is whisper quiet, which is quite a change from the loud system this has been since day one of ownership. On top of that, Chris' workmanship is top notch, for example properly running the wires in a channel along the belt. Chris was amazing, he explained everything, worked for 3 straight hours by himself, did not try to upsell and explained everything. It was one of the best home service experiences I have ever had for a repair - professional, skilled, and expeditious. GREAT JOB! I highly recommend Chris B. and Precision!
