Christopher is a Connecticut native and moved to Maryland in 2012 with a 15 year background in customer service and it shows. I chose Precision Door Service for their 24/7 emergency policy. My technician, Christopher Bernard, came out on a Saturday evening and worked until the whole job, extensive repair and parts replacement, was completed. He was professional, thorough and helpful. He gave me options regarding the repairs he recommended. I was very satisfied with his service. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
