Needed new garage door. James the sale rep showed up on time, showed me all the options, provided quote, very professional quick and easy. Wes the installer showed up on time, completed job quickly. Works great, looks great. I would recommend these guys, would use them again.

The service from beginning to end was a 10+. All communication was professional, prompt, and competent. The door installer was Wes who did a superlative job. He called to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he explained the process, how long the install would take, and answered questions about the door itself. He kept me updated as he was working and on his progress. He was not at all intrusive, was efficient, and mannerly. He installed a large door alone in about 3 hours, cleaned up when he finished, and answered any final questions I had. All in all, a excellent job. He should be commended as an excellent representative for the company. I would request him again if I had a problem with the door. Kudos to all involved.

I contacted 2 companies for estimates to replace my 20yr old garage door. Precision was not only the lowest, their estimate and service was superior. Our 3-layer insulated door was installed last week by Wes, who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We're extremely happy with this decision. The door looks great, is very quiet and it cost significantly less than we expected to pay. As a bonus, we could instantly feel that the garage is significantly warmer than it used to be.
