Technician Eric B Arrived at my house at the scheduled time. He and his trainee partner, Anthony were professional and helpful. I thought all that was needed was an outside garage door opener, but since I hadn't had replacement springs replaced in over 10 years I opted to have that completed as well. Also they replaced a ceiling lightbulb in the garage ceiling that was out of my reach. Afterwards I was pleased that both of my cars were still synched to the garage even though I changed the codes. Good job!

Precision Door Service installed a new garage opener that we purchased separately. Eric the technician was great! He was knowledgeable and courteous. Installed the new opener in a timely manner and was very thorough. Also, we felt very comfortable as all COVID guidelines were followed. Called and scheduled appointment for next day Saturday service for outdoor garage keypad. Receptionist was super nice and efficient. Eric B. from Precision Overhead Garage Service called in advance to assure his arrival 1 hour before. Eric arrived promptly in uniform with safety mask and was very intelligent and informative of our options for garage keypad. He quickly performed the work and also gave us a tutorial on how to program and answered all our questions. He inspected both garage doors for any additional needs. The Technician, Eric was on time and very professional. He offered options for my garage door repair, I'm glad I went with their rollers, they absorb the sound really well; it was so extremely loud before. Get the rollers, you're going to be glad you did. I was able to call Precision on the weekend when my spring broke and make an appointment for a technician the next day. Eric did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired and what should be repaired for safety reasons since our garage door had 17 years of significant use. My garage door stopped operating on Friday evening on 9/11. I found Precision online and was able to get an appointment for Sat. 9/12 at 3:30 pm. The technician Eric arrived about 3 pm, assessed the problem which turned out to be a broken motor. The new motor was installed. Everything was completed in less than an hour. Excellent job by Eric and Precision
