My neighbor just purchased a new garage door from Precision. He recommended your company. When I called this morning, the estimator was scheduled and arrived same day. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and then some. Thank you!

The technician that came out was outstanding! Not only did he give me some price quotes but also informed me of newer safety devices I should be aware of. I give him 5 stars. He was knowledgeable and gentlemanly. Clone this guy because he was great. Thanks

Mr. Sherman B. Stepney carefully evaluated both garage doors and pinpointed the problem with only one door. We both discussed the terms, conditions and cost for the necessary repair. The door was making a jerking move and roaring sound at the beginning of the opening process. Mr. Stepney identified the problem as needing an adjustment of the spring for the down limits. I authorized him to perform the service and afterwards, the door worked perfectly. Mr. Stepney is a highly qualified professional who knows his business. Thanks Mr. Stepney for your outstanding service.

Kevin came to advise us on fixing our garage door opener - He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained our options and we ended up installing a new motor. My husband commented to me tonight over dinner how impressed he was with Kevin and his expertise. We were very pleased!

It was refreshing when I called Precision Door that actually a real person answered the phone. Then I told her the problem and she gave me an appointment for that afternoon! Sherman called me 30 minutes out, arrived on time. Sherman was very professional and gave me a estimate before he started. Job was done in just a few minutes. Thank you Sherman for a job well done!

Techs were fast, efficient, and polite. They explained clearly what needed to be done and why, and then executed as agreed. I would use Precision again in a heartbeat if my other garage door misbehaved.

Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.

Precision Garage Doors has been an excellent company to deal with. They are customer oriented with very fair pricing for services. Most important of all, the technician, Derrick Easterday, that did our maintenance and repairs during two different visits was outstanding both in his technical and his customer service skills.

I could not have ask for a better experience. The service was outstanding, it was quick, clean, the technician went over everything he did and explained the operation of the new garage opener. Our garage door opener had to be replaced, the springs were replaced and the rollers on the side of the garage doors. I highly recommend this company and technician for a JOB WELL DONE!

This was an outstanding experience! From phone call to the best service technician. All around very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I am a facilities engineering technician who has been around for nearly 30 years and I was very impressed. I told your service technician that I wish we had him working for us. I chose Precision based on their advertisement & the fact that it stated their technicians carry the necessary parts to repair on the spot. No need for a second appointment. The technician, Sherman, was very friendly, polite and explained in detail what he needed to do to fix the door. It was a very pleasant experience and I am happy the door is now safe to use.

My technician, Keith, was a true professional who explained everything that was wrong in total detail, followed by my options for repairs. The entire process took less than an hour, and he provided troubleshooting on the door not opening during sunny days. A terrific, hassle-free experience from beginning to end.

Precision was recommended by my home sales associate. The technician was on time, courteous and professional.. He was able to quickly determine the issue with the garage door openers, made the necessary repairs, lubricated the springs and pulleys. His ability to determine the problem so quickly speaks well of the company and I will use them once again should the need arise and recommend Precision to friends and family. Welldone.

Precision was able to setup an appt quickly to send out a tech for my malfunctioning garage door opener. He came out on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. The tech called in advance and showed up on time. He was very friendly and resolved the opener issue in a matter of minutes (it was a minor issue). While he was there I had him replace our worn-out, noisy rollers, which he did very quickly and for a reasonable price. The door now opens so smoothly and quietly...it's like brand new. He also gave me some great advice/tips on keeping my door working smoothly. Will definitely use Precision again!

Sherman was awesome and gave us our best options. At this point it makes sense to order and install a steel roll up garage door which will require that we replace a number of things. We are very happy with Precision and Sherman for giving us the best advice. We could have replaced the existing door etc. but we choose not to. If we change our mind we will give precision a call.
