A TOTAL SCAM! They sent a technician out to quote me a price and after a brief review quoted us a price of over $800 to replace two springs. We immediately called another local company and repaired our garage door and replaced the springs for under $300. I would never use or recommend Precision to any of my family or friends! #Beware

Chris did a fantastic job! He installed a new door (our home is being renovated, and we attached a new garage to the house), at a site that was less than ideal. Chris was patient, thoughtful and kept us informed all the way through. As Murphy would have it, we had an 8 foot door, and the garage door motor needed an extension kit. Chris sent me the link for the exact part, and even held off on charging me the full price for the job, until he was able to come back and finish installing the motor. The team got us back onto the schedule as soon as I received the part. I have not seen this level of customer service for a long time! Fantastic job Team Precision!

I attempted to program a second garage door opener. My efforts resulted in deprogramming two garage openers and the keyless entry pad. Additionally the garage door would not raise all the way. I contacted Precision Door Service and they sent out Barry. Wow! An efficient and professional technician. Within minutes Barry had everything reprogrammed and working! He even took the time to give me tips on keeping the garage door lubricated. Exceptional friendly service!

I contacted 2 companies for estimates to replace my 20yr old garage door. Precision was not only the lowest, their estimate and service was superior. Our 3-layer insulated door was installed last week by Wes, who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We're extremely happy with this decision. I chose Precision because of the excellent job you did in installing a new garage door I purchased in 2015. Also, I appreciate Precision providing a bio of the technician providing the service and the prompt response to my service call. My technician today was Sherman C-Stepney. He called and arrived within the time frame that I was given. He was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the most practical solution with which I agreed. Let me start by saying my service technician was Abraham. Abraham did an excellent job on replacing my broken garage door spring. It was quickly extremely clear that he was very good at his job. I felt the price of my service was a little higher than I expected a spring replacement to be however I’m glad I chose to have it done. I believe you pay for what you get. I paid for a quick reliable repair from Percision door company and that’s what I received. On a side note, Percision door company should be proud to have such an outstanding employee. Its workers like him that should get a raise because it’s workers like him that will have people continuing to use your company for repairs. Word of mouth is huge. If you need your door repaired quick and right request Abraham. That’s what I will be telling people when asked.

Good morning! The first service I have had in 12/10/2010 done by Derrick, and that was excellent! This time Barry and Shawn were good also. After they left, my garage door is shutting down and re-opening by itself, without touching nothing, so I called in and talked with Ms. Amber and asked her that it is scary and dangerous and schedule an appointment to have some one come out and check it out what is wrong. I was able to schedule a service tech (Sherman) for a garage door opener install the next day. He was very pleasant and professional. Took about 2 hours to remove the old opener and install the "very quiet" Liftmaster 8355W opener, setup (program) all remotes, and cleanup. I added his phone number to my contact list and would request him for additional repair work.
