Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.

Precision Garage Doors has been an excellent company to deal with. They are customer oriented with very fair pricing for services. I could not have ask for a better experience. The service was outstanding, it was quick, clean, the technician went over everything he did and explained the operation of the new garage opener. Our garage door opener had to be replaced, the springs were replaced and the rollers on the side of the garage doors. I highly recommend this company and technician for a JOB WELL DONE!

I noticed a broken spring and of course used the internet to find a repair company. Precision was the first site I found so I called and their personnel were very polite and helpful. The technician that came to the house was very professional and performed the repairs effectively and very efficiently. He was able to quickly determine the issue with the garage door openers, made the necessary repairs, lubricated the springs and pulleys. Precision was able to setup an appt quickly to send out a tech for my malfunctioning garage door opener. He came out on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. The tech called in advance and showed up on time. He was very friendly and resolved the opener issue in a matter of minutes (it was a minor issue). While he was there I had him replace our worn-out, noisy rollers, which he did very quickly and for a reasonable price. The door now opens so smoothly and quietly...it's like brand new. He also gave me some great advice/tips on keeping my door working smoothly. Will definitely use Precision again!

Sherman was awesome and gave us our best options. At this point it makes sense to order and install a steel roll up garage door which will require that we replace a number of things. We are very happy with Precision and Sherman for giving us the best advice. We could have replaced the existing door etc. but we choose not to. If we change our mind we will give precision a call.

The service reps were very timely. They indicated the problem and provided an estimate for the repair, I approved the estimate and they set out to take care of the problem. This has been the worst service and customer service experience that Ive ever had. My door is still not complete on 7/25/19 for a simple new garage door install. My first appointment was on 6/5/19. I have been getting the run around on completion of the door. They installed the door and there were gaps around it, i had to call them to check on the filling the gaps. They came out at least 5 times total to finally add paneling around the door but there is still a gap to this day. Last time a guy came he said the door was the wrong size, now they are telling me that they cant put a door the right size and they just need to add more wood to seal it up. I have never experience so much confusion on what needs to be done for something that should be simple. The door is custom made apparently so i don't know if they don't want to spend them money to make a new because they made the wrong size or what. This is horrible and my door is still not complete.
