Keith, with the help of Sam, was knowledgable, efficient and competent. After 18 years, the motor finally wore out and needed to be replaced. The other mechanisms, springs and pulleys, also needed replacing. They remembered to reprogram my keypad. They showed me how to replace lightbulbs and replaced three. And finally, I got new remotes to open and close my two garage doors. Great thanks for all this good service!!

Precision door service was wonderful. I got a same day appointment. The technician who came, Derrick, was fast, clear and totally professional. His assistant, whose name I didn't get was also terrific. Derrick diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in five minutes. They then lubed the whole door and made sure everything worked perfectly. Wow-I couldn't have been more pleased. They went above and beyond and made another small repair to the power source. They were at my house for about 15 minutes. As they were leaving I said: wait, I need to pay you. The repair was so quick (screwing in the arm bracket that had come out of the wall) that they didn't charge me. They just said be sure to call us again if anything goes wrong. I will! Thank you!

"JR" as he prefers to be called reviewed the estimate, gave us a sample of new doors, explained the cost, as well as any applicable discounts. He also gave us an expected delivery date and estimated time for repair. His jovial, yet professional manner put me at ease. We were referred to Precision by friends with equal satisfaction. Professional 24 hour service when making appointment, they called me right back when I reached out to them online, it close to midnight! Very quick turn around on the appointment, repairman came the next morning, arrived on time during time frame I was told, and he called to let me know how far away, estimated arrival time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and courtesy upon arrival. He examined the issue and recommended repair options. Had parts on hand, and he was able to fix the issue, no problem in a timely manner. He did not leave any debris, he cleaned up the job well. Before he left he made sure I knew that everything worked OK. AWESOME from beginning to end. Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, however, if I do...I would definitely call them again, as well as refer them to others.
