Definitely 5 star rating! Keith was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem. My remote started working again as if nothing was ever a problem but Keith explained to me what the problem was a gave me a recommendation on replacing my motor. No up selling, just plain honesty. This was my first time calling Precision and I will definitely keep their number for any future problems with my garage door. You guys truly are the best!

Do your homework. Their estimate shows $260 per spring. $520 just for springs. Without labor or anything else. The best top quality set of TWO springs on Amazon is $60. You guys are a total rip off to people who don’t do some research. And the work isn’t even difficult or technical.

I have dealt with Precision for over a 15 years. They are the go to for my garage door service. They have been exceptional. I have had my garage door replaced, my garage door opener replaced, had a keypad installed and had tune ups over the years. Just today I had the fob replaced after 10 years of service. My house is over 25 years old and we all know that the garage door opener and equipment is a wear and tear item that needs periodic maintenance. They are great.

Purchased two new garage doors and motors 2 months ago. When the home inspector came, he pointed out a safety feature had not been setup. I called Precision to remedy this. The person that came out charged me $195 for the callout. Unacceptable after sales service!

I was very pleased with Precision when our garage doors were installed many years ago. When I called on Tuesday for an appointment to repair the broken spring in one of them, an appointment was scheduled for the next day at a reasonable time. I contacted Precision Garage doors at 830pm and spoke with Becca. I explained the situation, out of the blue my garage door springs gave out and I was not able to raise the garage door., and Becca immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8-12. Barry (the technician) contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived promptly at 9am. The springs and cable needed to be replaced. Afterwards he lubricated all the installed parts and even took the time to lubricate the garage door opener chain! I would highly recommend precision garage doors for all your garage door needs. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They and Barry have become my go to company for all my garage door needs.

Overall experience was great. At first I thought they would not service my area, some confusion at their office—put me on hold for a while, but then came back and said they do. Technician was available the next day. Sherman came out on time and gave a fair estimate explaining all of the issues and possible solutions. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed our main garage spring system and then offered and completed a safety fix to our second garage door spring system. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Keith's knowledge, strength and skill, my garage door now works beautifully. If you had a ten-star rating, he would get it. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing prompt, expert service for their garage door. Thank you.

No one will communicate with you about any problems after their service call is finished. They installed 10-4” sealed nylon rollers that retail for around $11-$15 for 10. I found this out later but on my bill they changed $19.99 each for a total of $199.99. I thought the technician made an error so I contacted them on two occasions and they promised a call back with a resolution. They still haven’t called and the work was done on 1/28/19.
