I had a broken spring replaced by another company 2 years ago (they replaced both springs at the time), and when one of those springs broke a week ago, of course I went with a different company. Barry was the technician, and was knowledgeable, thorough, and fast! He explained what he had done, showed me how the door was properly balanced, showed me where they had lubricated everything, and we went through several test runs with and without the opener. The prior company I used did none of that. You can tell by just looking at the springs that Precision Garage used a far superior product than what was put on two years ago. And a five-year warranty on the springs is an added bonus!

I was initially looking to get my garage door repaired. I looked online for a repair company and saw the ad for PDS. The company appeared to offer a lot in terms of services provided. I noticed you were also listed under Angie's list, you serviced my area and you offer 24/7 service. Those were factors which made me take a closer look at your company. I ended up purchasing a new garage door opener (very wise choice) and so far, I am very satisfied with the purchase I made and the technician who installed it.

Very pleased with service received yesterday. My remotes, keypad and automobile transmitter were not opening/closing one of my garage doors. After numerous attempts to resolve the situation myself, I contacted Precision Door staff for assistance. When telephone assistance did not resolve staff put me on to technician for on-site diagnosis and resolution. Tech Keith was on-time and after working through a few scenarios recommended replacement of the door opener. Keith was very thorough in his analyses and diagnosis, explaining pros and cons of various options in a manner that made it simple and logical for me to comprehend. He was very professional and patiently responded to any questions I had. I am very satisfied with his performance and workmanship. I am glad we took his recommendations and replaced both door openers. I'd highly recommend Precision Door Inc. to anyone needing garage door service.

Highly recommend Precision. Had an older opener with a bad circuit board. The issue was identified within a timely manner and I was given some options to fix the problem along with the costs. I chose a new Jackshaft and Derrick came by the next day to install it. The estimate that Anthony originally gave me was right on, both guys were very professional, the work was excellent as well as the customer service. I am one very happy customer!

While I thought the price of the springs was a little high at first it was more then made up for with the professional and attentive service. They were able to come the same day I called, made repairs, explained everything, did some extra work, took away trash and made sure everything was perfect. Premium price paid for premium service so in the end it was worth the price. I would use again and recommend.
