I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. The garage door in our building completely malfunctioned and I had to make an emergency call for a tech at 8:30pm on a Friday in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. The tech showed up early in the 9-11pm window. He was courteous, calm, and very professional. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through the suggested resolution beforehand, as well as thoroughly showing me his work and explaining what he'd done afterwards. I was very impressed by him and grateful for the quickness of the emergency service.
