Keith and his apprentice were great! I called at 8 am and wasn't expecting to get a same day appointment, let alone have the techs arrive at the beginning of the service window. Sherman our technician was running early and called to see if that was ok. He arrived and did an outstanding job of explaining all of our choices. He was kind and friendly and did an expert job of fixing our garage door. He then explained how to maintain it so that it would run smoother and the spring would last. I choose Precision approximately one year ago to purchase new garage door openers. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. This year I needed the springs and cables replaced. I didn’t hesitate to call Precision for the job. They came out approximately two hours after calling them. The two service guys were very professional and gave me several options to choose for the repair. They went over the pros and cons of each option and didn’t pressure me into choosing the highest price repair. They completed the repair in a timely manner and I and very happy with the service.
