I have used these folks in Florida and Maryland for all my garage door needs and they do a superior job. The employees come, assess the situation, make recommendations and present options and then perform the work immediately or place the orders and return to perform the work with minimal delays. Prices are not cheap, but neither is the equipment or work performed poor.

My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

While this was to totally, totally, unexpected surprise and expense, I was extremely please with Barry's professionalism, efficiency, accountability and communication. Personally, I feel like customer service and communication has fallen by the waist side over the past 10 years, however, Barry, definitely bucked that trend. He was on time, a big plus, and explain to me what he was going to do and the pricing for the repairs. While, the pricing did appear to be high, I knew that the repairs were needed and he did a GREAT job in explaining in DETAIL, what he was going to do and why. Pricing aside, I would definitely used Precision Overhead Garage door service and i would definitely request Barry.

Mr. Sherman B. Stepney carefully evaluated both garage doors and pinpointed the problem with only one door. We both discussed the terms, conditions and cost for the necessary repair. The door was making a jerking move and roaring sound at the beginning of the opening process. Mr. Stepney identified the problem as needing an adjustment of the spring for the down limits. I authorized him to perform the service and afterwards, the door worked perfectly. Mr. Stepney is a highly qualified professional who knows his business.
