Keith is the repair man I’ve never met before. He assessed the problem, took action and modified a 25-30 year old spring design and made it better than when it was new. This man should be in charge of training all service people that do repair on any products. It was a pleasure to pay for this service, not even sure if it competitive.

Our garage door would not open and, of course it happened as the weekend started. After contacting Precision via their website, we were assured that a service technician would help us on Monday. Monday came and the technician arrived, on time and full of the information needed to fix our problem Keith C. quickly diagnosed the issue and rapidly and skilfully fixed our door. Along the way, he described every step that he made and left only after teaching me proper garage door maintenance.
