Best experience I have had in a while. The appointment was easy to set and they could do the next day. The Technician was on time, very friendly (even my dog liked him) and did an excellent job identifying an issue with the electrical outlet that required an electrician. No charge? Unbelievable.

Sherman, your garage door repair representative, called me this morning for the repair of the broken spring on my garage door. He stated he would be at my residence in 20 minutes & he was there before! He gets much more than 5 stars - 20, if I could give it to him. Sherman was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I showed him where the spring had broken on my garage door and he advised that I should replace both springs for continuity of the operation of the door. I absolutely agreed. He walked through the steps he was going to take, how I needed to maintain the garage door for longevity , including oiling the springs and joints on the door. He was very thorough and I greatly appreciated that. Sherman is an asset to your company - he was respectful, prompt, courteous, friendly & informative. I will continue to use Precision if I have problems in the future and will refer to family & friends. Will definitely refer Sherman as an exceptional representative. Kudos to Precision for incredible staff!

So the original estimate was a great experience. I would give it 5 stars. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed straightforward regarding what would be needed to replace my garage door. I got the estimate and it was more or less competitive with the other estimate I had just received. Again, still 5 stars. But then I call them to ask a few questions and find out how early I could get the replacement scheduled and that I'd give 1 star. I called the only number they have (a 1888 number) and the "scheduling dispatch" while nice enough couldn't do anything for me.... He couldn't answer my question about the quote (he'd have to have someone call me back)... and he couldn't tell me how long it would take before I could have the door installed (i.e. the scheduling dispatch couldn't tell me when they could install the door that they priced for me... again, he'd have someone call me back). Of course at this point I am a bit frustrated and he has the nerve to ask "is there anything else I can do for you" again... he is still pleasant... but calling in was useless... there might as well just be an answering machine because he couldn't help me at all. Needless to say, I think I'm going to go with the other company.

Don't ask me why we didn't put in an opener before, but we've been manually opening and closing our double door since we build a garage. It was time to graduate. I called a number of local "specialists" and was surprised that all seemed to make a bigger deal out of this than it occurred. Worse, the others never seemed to know the answer to basic questions about equipment and price and had to refer questions to others. Some called back. Some didn't. And those who called back often didn't have answers or provided conflicting information with what I had received just hours (or sometimes days and sometimes longer) before. Precision was different. Knowledgeable, professional, clear. And, when they came to install the opener it was clear that they knew what they were doing. We still can't believe we waited this long but in the end it might actually have been worth the wait!
