They replaced the broken spring on our garage overhead door the Saturday after it broke. It is a very old door from the 1950’s and took a bit of figuring to make it work. Their technician was friendly, efficient and explained everything ahead of performing the work. I would recommend them.

While I thought the price of the springs was a little high at first it was more then made up for with the professional and attentive service. They were able to come the same day I called, made repairs, explained everything, did some extra work, took away trash and made sure everything was perfect. Premium price paid for premium service so in the end it was worth the price. I would use again and recommend.

Keith is the repair man I’ve never met before. He assessed the problem, took action and modified a 25-30 year old spring design and made it better than when it was new. This man should be in charge of training all service people that do repair on any products. It was a pleasure to pay for this service, not even sure if it competitive.

Monday came and the technician arrived, on time and full of the information needed to fix our problem Keith C. quickly diagnosed the issue and rapidly and skilfully fixed our door. Along the way, he described every step that he made and left only after teaching me proper garage door maintenance.
