Jim Queen came today to give me an estimate on a new garage door for my 12x24 ft. shed. He is an excellent representative for your company. He checked out the old door and took many measurements. He explained everything about the removal of the old door and installation of the new door. I will be getting a few more estimates from other companies but if the others are in the same ballpark, I will be glad to give Precision my business.

Response from Mike Brickner Business Owner

Joy, Thanks so much for your review on James. We're glad to be of service and look forward to providing a beautiful new door.

I am very grateful that Rick was able to fix the door spring along with making recommendations to replace other worn parts. Especially over a weekend. Rick was very courteous and did not hesitate to answer questions I had on what the repair included and how to assure I knew how to maintain the door parts for years to come. Thanks Rick and best to you and your family.

Thanks so much to Tristan and Max! They did a very thorough and professional job servicing my mother’s garage door. I've used Precision since moving into my current home 12 years ago. Always professional, courteous, and friendly staff. I had a torsion spring break on my door last night and I called the company this morning and was surprised when they told me they could have someone out today! Rick was thorough, professional and friendly and got my door back in service within an hour. While the spring was the catalyst for the visit, there were a few other things wrong with the door as well. All fixed, almost like new and actually quieter than it was before! Will definitely use Precision again.
