Our garage door come off its track, broke a cable and we called Precision Garage Door Repair at 5pm at night. We had the option for same-day service or the next morning. We chose the next morning. I had a torsion spring break on my door last night and I called the company this morning and was surprised when they told me they could have someone out today! Rick was thorough, professional and friendly and got my door back in service within an hour. While the spring was the catalyst for the visit, there were a few other things wrong with the door as well. All fixed, almost like new and actually quieter than it was before! Will definitely use Precision again.

The spring in our door broke. Within a couple of hours, the repair personnel (Tristan and a second individual) arrived. They diagnosed the problem, checked the integrity of parts that may have been impacted by the broken spring, and made recommendation for both replacement and improvement of the door opening mechanism. Of the three options presented, we went with the best, which included double springs, cable replacement, end bearing bracket, sturdier bearings, as well as tightening up chain and lubrication of hinges. Tristan explained the recommended maintenance. He was good about explanations and answering all of our questions. Both men were courteous, professional in their demeanor and worked efficiently. We are very pleased with the service.

Our wooden garage door spring had broken after more than 50 years of use. Sherman was professional and quickly assessed the problem. He provided us with estimates to (a) replace the spring system or (b) install a new door, railings, springs, etc. We elected to just replace the spring system. Sherman completed the work and we are happy with the results.
