Really happy with service. Barry was terrific. He came on a Sunday, called first, didn't push me to spend more than I needed but gave me an estimate when I asked. Fixed the problem quickly, courteously, and gave me good information about what was wrong and how to solve the problem in the future. I'd definitely use them again!

I was extremely pleased to be able to get an appointment the next day when I called. Keith was the technician dispatched to my home. Keith was extremely professional and knowledgeable and a joy to talk with. He is obviously very skilled in his job with many years of experience. He was able to properly diagnose issues with the door operation and replaced the broken springs very quickly. He made sure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction. Keith is certainly an asset to this company and the reason I would without hesitation recommend this company to others.

Thank you Precision and especially Francisco Moreno who was prompt, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and more importantly was honest about what was required to repair the springs. He also went above and beyond the scope of replacing a broken spring by tightening brackets, rails and lubricating the joints and rollers. I did not expect that. Precision will continue to be my go to garage door service company. As a repeat customer this was very important to me.

Definitely 5 star rating! Keith was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem. My remote started working again as if nothing was ever a problem but Keith explained to me what the problem was a gave me a recommendation on replacing my motor. No up selling, just plain honesty. This was my first time calling Precision and I will definitely keep their number for any future problems with my garage door. You guys truly are the best!

Do your homework. Their estimate shows $260 per spring. $520 just for springs. Without labor or anything else. The best top quality set of TWO springs on Amazon is $60. You guys are a total rip off to people who don’t do some research. And the work isn’t even difficult or technical.

I have dealt with Precision for over a 15 years. They are the go to for my garage door service. They have been exceptional. I have had my garage door replaced, my garage door opener replaced, had a keypad installed and had tune ups over the years. Just today I had the fob replaced after 10 years of service. My house is over 25 years old and we all know that the garage door opener and equipment is a wear and tear item that needs periodic maintenance. They are great.

Purchased two new garage doors and motors 2 months ago. When the home inspector came, he pointed out a safety feature had not been setup. I called Precision to remedy this. The person that came out charged me $195 for the callout. Unacceptable after sales service!
