Thanks so much to Tristan and Max! They did a very thorough and professional job servicing my mother’s garage door. They replaced the main door bracket , replaced all plastic pulley wheels with cast iron wheels, installed a new wall pad and programmed two new fob remotes for her door. We couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend Precision Door to all of my family and friends and anyone looking for a great job!

Rick did an overhaul of our garage door which when operated would come down noisy and uneven. Rick was very professional and polite and did an excellent job. The door hasn’t worked this well since it was brand new.

Our garage door come off its track, broke a cable and we called Precision Garage Door Repair at 5pm at night. We had the option for same-day service or the next morning. We chose the next morning. Rick came out to our house. He was timely, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job and the company warrantied the work for the next 10 years! I would highly recommend them.

I've used Precision since moving into my current home 12 years ago. Always professional, courteous, and friendly staff. I had a torsion spring break on my door last night and I called the company this morning and was surprised when they told me they could have someone out today! Rick was thorough, professional and friendly and got my door back in service within an hour. While the spring was the catalyst for the visit, there were a few other things wrong with the door as well. All fixed, almost like new and actually quieter than it was before! Will definitely use Precision again.
