I can't recommend this company highly enough. I chose Precision based on their impressive ad and that they are answering phones 24/7 and working through pandemic. Also appreciated knowing who is coming and seeing picture of technician. Jake spotted minor problem immediately and checked to make sure all working properly. Technician came same day I called.

I had a great experience with this company. I had severed The wire to my garage door sensor. They came out the next day. Sherman fixed it quickly. He was professional and came within the time that was scheduled. Sherman was also trained on how to interact with customers during Covid 19. He had on a mask and made sure I didn’t touch his iPad during the payment transaction. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

My original garage door wouldn’t close without stopping multiple times and I couldn’t use the garage anymore. I tried to call the old repair company but they cannot come out until Covid-19 is over. Meanwhile, I just bought another car and needed to use the garage. Got the number from a neighbor and they quickly scheduled me to be soon first thing Monday. Keith was fast and good, explained what is wrong and made a recommendation. Within the hour my garage door is working like a new one and it is so quiet that I cannot hear a thing! We also got the one with cam, my son and I both loving it and now can use the garage for car and bikes! Thanks!!!

We have been long time customers of Precision. I needed to have one of our garage door openers replaced. The installer, Sherman, inspected both garage door openers, pulleys, springs, etc and identified problems that needed immediate attention. He was able to install the new opener, and correct all the additional issues preventing the need for an emergency repair call in the near future. I highly recommend Precision.

I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AND SET UP AN APPT FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THE TECHNICIAN RICKY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE WINDOW OF THE TIMES GIVEN. UPON ARRIVAL,THE DIAGNOSIS WAS MADE AT WHAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH MY GARAGE DOOR AND WAS GIVEN NOT ONE,BUT TWO OPTIONS AS TO HOW THE PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED. I CHOSE THE MORE EXPENSIVE OF THE TWO-IT JUST SOUNDED BETTER TO ME. I WAS GIVEN A COMPLETE BREAKDOWN OF ALL COSTS BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE SO THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY SURPRISES. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE,AND IN THE END IT WAS NOT MUCH LONGER THAN THAT AT ALL. ITS TOUGH DURING THESE TIMES TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING UNEXPECTED,LIKE THIS,BUT AT LEAST I FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT!

I called Precision because my garage motor and light stopped working and the door wouldn't close all the way. Sherman was my technician and he was great! He was professional, friendly, efficient, explained everything clearly, and was even a bit funny. He knew exactly the source of the issues of my system and fixed my garage door beyond what I could have imagined. I would definitely request Sherman again if I have any issues in the future with my door. I'm glad I went with Precision. My neighbor recommended the company after having success with their services last year.

Finally got fed up with our 20-yr old garage door opener that was causing us problems. We contacted Precision and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician (Rick) quickly assessed, identified the problem and explained the various options involved with replacing the opener. We decided to replace both garage door openers and were very pleased with the installation process. Rick even left our garage floor cleaner than it was before he arrived. This is our second time using Precision and we highly recommend them!

At the end of the day they realized that they did not have the bottom door sensor and they would need to return seven days later to finish my door. Overall Quality of Work Rating (2 Stars) The work was completed and the door opener functions properly, but the overall appearance of the wiring and the safety sensor look messy. Metal shavings were left for me to clean up, a rubber mat on the floor had a junk ripped out from it, and an oil like liquid was spilled and left on a portion of one of our tables. Office Communication Grade (0 Stars) I had to contact the office after a few hours of waiting for technicians to arrive on the day they had committed to. After calling the office realized they had not received my garage door opener and they had to reschedule another day to install. The office sent me an email scheduling the second day of installation to be Thursday, I emailed them back and requested it to be moved to Friday. I never received a reply. The technicians actually arrived on Wednesday.
