My garage 20 year old Sears door opener was on its last legs, so I called Precision Door Service of Central Maryland hoping that they could replace it on short notice. They did, sending technicians Keith and Max that same day to fix the opener problem. In less than an hour, they installed a new opener and carefully explained how to program and operate it. Keith was really super, patiently answering my questions before leaving. Precision has cared for our garage doors for many years. We rely on you for excellent service, and are not disappointed. When a spring broke on one of the garage doors this morning, Marcus and a colleague arrived quickly after we called. It took them about an hour to change out the springs, wheels and cables on the garage door that was so disabled I could not even open it manually. The door now runs like a Swiss watch. My original garage door wouldn’t close without stopping multiple times and I couldn’t use the garage anymore. I tried to call the old repair company but they cannot come out until Covid-19 is over. Meanwhile, I just bought another car and needed to use the garage. Got the number from a neighbor and they quickly scheduled me to be soon first thing Monday. Keith was fast and good, explained what is wrong and made a recommendation. Within the hour my garage door is working like a new one and it is so quiet that I cannot hear a thing! I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AND SET UP AN APPT FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THE TECHNICIAN RICKY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE WINDOW OF THE TIMES GIVEN. UPON ARRIVAL,THE DIAGNOSIS WAS MADE AT WHAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH MY GARAGE DOOR AND WAS GIVEN NOT ONE,BUT TWO OPTIONS AS TO HOW THE PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED. I CHOSE THE MORE EXPENSIVE OF THE TWO-IT JUST SOUNDED BETTER TO ME. I WAS GIVEN A COMPLETE BREAKDOWN OF ALL COSTS BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE SO THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY SURPRISES. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE,AND IN THE END IT WAS NOT MUCH LONGER THAN THAT AT ALL. ITS TOUGH DURING THESE TIMES TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING UNEXPECTED,LIKE THIS,BUT AT LEAST I FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT!
