I was extremely pleased with the service of the technician. He was courteous and prompt. When he exited his truck he was wearing a mask. I told him he could remove it while he worked on my garage door he said "thank you" but left it on. He explained all the work he performed and answered all my questions.

I chose Precision because they are close to my residence. The Technician Sherman S. was very professional, courteous and polite. One of the sensors on my garage door wiring came lose from the housing, locking shut my door. Also, I could not use the emergency door opener, because the garage door was binding to the frame which Sherman saw right off. Sherman fixed the problem in a timely manner. If I was his boss, I would give him a raise.

The two techs arrived on time and were friendly and competent. They diagnosed the problem quickly and determined the extent of damaged from the failed spring. They provided a Better and Best proposal. We went for the Best to get the extended warranty. Installation went smoothly and they ensured the garage door sealed well all the way around. All-in-all and excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. The reason for four (almost three) instead of five stars - pricing! Installing two springs and three brackets and making the necessary adjustments (45 minutes) should not cost $850!! The homeowner is in a tight spot when the garage door doesn't work - a bit of a captive audience!

My garage 20 year old Sears door opener was on its last legs, so I called Precision Door Service of Central Maryland hoping that they could replace it on short notice. They did, sending technicians Keith and Max that same day to fix the opener problem. In less than an hour, they installed a new opener and carefully explained how to program and operate it. Keith was really super, patiently answering my questions before leaving. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door service and won't hesitate to call them again should the need arise!

Precision has cared for our garage doors for many years. We rely on you for excellent service, and are not disappointed. When a spring broke on one of the garage doors this morning, Marcus and a colleague arrived quickly after we called. It took them about an hour to change out the springs, wheels and cables on the garage door that was so disabled I could not even open it manually. The door now runs like a Swiss watch. Thank you for all your good work and for being there when we needed you.

Had a broken track on a garage door for my shed. Rick did everything he could to try and fix it but in the end, it needed to be replaced. Rick replaced the tracks and got my door working like new.
