Let me start by saying my service technician was Abraham. Abraham did an excellent job on replacing my broken garage door spring. It was quickly extremely clear that he was very good at his job. I felt the price of my service was a little higher than I expected a spring replacement to be however I’m glad I chose to have it done. I believe you pay for what you get. I paid for a quick reliable repair from Percision door company and that’s what I received. On a side note, Percision door company should be proud to have such an outstanding employee. Its workers like him that should get a raise because it’s workers like him that will have people continuing to use your company for repairs. Word of mouth is huge. If you need your door repaired quick and right request Abraham. That’s what I will be telling people when asked.

Good morning! The first service I have had in 12/10/2010 done by Derrick, and that was excellent! This time Barry and Shawn were good also. After they left, my garage door is shutting down and re-opening by itself, without touching nothing, so I called in and talked with Ms. Amber and asked her that it is scary and dangerous and schedule an appointment to have some one come out and check it out what is wrong. He went about fixing the cables in a professional manner and answered all my questions. He made good recommendations on maintenance for the opener and the garage door. Sherman, your garage door repair representative, called me this morning for the repair of the broken spring on my garage door. He stated he would be at my residence in 20 minutes & he was there before! He gets much more than 5 stars - 20, if I could give it to him. Sherman was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I showed him where the spring had broken on my garage door and he advised that I should replace both springs for continuity of the operation of the door. I absolutely agreed. He walked through the steps he was going to take, how I needed to maintain the garage door for longevity , including oiling the springs and joints on the door. He was very thorough and I greatly appreciated that. Sherman is an asset to your company - he was respectful, prompt, courteous, friendly & informative. I will continue to use Precision if I have problems in the future and will refer to family & friends. Will definitely refer Sherman as an exceptional representative.
