Garage spring broke this morning, called Precision and had an appointment for this afternoon. Joe called on his way and arrived on time. Performed an inspection, laid out the costs and benefits of repairing both springs at the same time instead of just the broken one. He balanced the door, lubricated all the door hinges and adjusted the open and close limits to better than they were before the repair. Great customer service, cordial and clear pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, fair and courteous service and repair. Thanks Joe.

Jake was very courteous and knowledgeable, he represents your company well. When I arranged this visit I did a Google search for average cost of garage door spring replacements when you replace 2 springs. With the information I found the average price is between $200 and $300 dollars. Your company more than doubles that cost!!! I was charged $606 dollars and for that price I would not recommend you to anyone I know. When someone asks me I will tell them go anywhere but Precision Door Service! If I would have known you charge twice the average I would have called someone else and next time I will.

On 9 June, I discovered that my garage door wouldn't close properly. I went on line and discovered all of the phenomenal reviews for Precision Garage Doors and decided to give them a call. My appointment time was 1530-1800. Sherman and Dakota arrived at 1230. Sherman's knowledge of the other issues that hadn't fully developed yet were amazing. It was a pleasure to have Sherman and Dakota in my home performing preventative maintenance. I wouldn't hesitant to recommend them to my neighbors.

I have used Precision twice in past two years to repair garage door. Each time the appointment was easy to schedule by phone within 24 hours, and the service was excellent. Most recent technician was Sherman, who quickly assessed the problem, calculated the cost for my approval before beginning the work, and completed the repair within an hour. He also provided me a discount because he arrived at my home behind schedule. In my experience there are some garage repair companies that are less expensive, but I believe Precision is worth the slightly extra cost because they are so professional, competent, and easy to deal with. After each appointment I had confidence the repair was done well.

I had two garage doors installed June 2020. LOVE THEM! James Queen was the technician that gave me my estimate and Olaniyi I and his assistant (don’t know his name) installed the doors. What a fantastic experience. I started a chat on their website at 12:30p on a Friday, hoping (but pessimistic) about their same day service offer. My tech, Keith, called at 1:45 to tell me he was 15 min away. He showed up at 2:00, explained everything to me in a clear and professional manner. He got right to work and was done by 4:00. When our garage door spring broke two days ago, I immediately called Precision Door Service. We had excellent work done by Precision in our previous home so I didn't hesitate to call them again. Sherman and Joe arrived first thing Friday morning and immediately diagnosed the problem and addressed some other concerns I had (noisy, old, chain driven opener). Garage door broke Wednesday night, really wasn't sure what happened to it. Called Precision Thursday morning around 10 a.m., was told someone will be onsite between 11 and 1:30. Received a call at 1 stating they were in route. Sherman and Joe arrived and quickly diagnosed my issue. I was given 3 plans of service that they could provide on the spot. Sherman's and Joe's customer service, knowledge and professionalism far exceed my expectations to resolve my urgent situation in a timely manner. My door was restored back to its functionality and I am completely satisfied.

My 16 year old double garage door failed yesterday. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised to get a cancellation slot the next day. The technicians were Rick and Max, who were courteous and friendly. Rick examined the door assembly, which had multiple defects, and outlined on a tablet three options for repair, with differing costs and guarantee periods. He patiently and clearly explained the alternatives and answered all my questions. There was no hard sell to take the most expensive option. Once I had decided, the pair worked quickly and efficiently during a steamy hot day. They considerately placed covers over the bed of an historic truck I had in the garage, whose battery I had omitted to charge and was unable to move. The work completed was first class, and they cleaned up well afterwards. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending or referring Precision to other customers. Good service pays in the end!

These guys do good work at a fair value. Their Techs are good and professional. Their installed products seem to last (I had the garage open they installed work for 18 years till it died on me). I also like that they honor the warranties they have obn their springs.....This is the reason I had stayed with them for the last 18 years...
