What a fantastic experience. I started a chat on their website at 12:30p on a Friday, hoping (but pessimistic) about their same day service offer. My tech, Keith, called at 1:45 to tell me he was 15 min away. He showed up at 2:00, explained everything to me in a clear and professional manner. He got right to work and was done by 4:00. I'm very pleased with a fantastic experience!

When our garage door spring broke two days ago, I immediately called Precision Door Service. We had excellent work done by Precision in our previous home so I didn't hesitate to call them again. Sherman and Joe arrived first thing Friday morning and immediately diagnosed the problem and addressed some other concerns I had (noisy, old, chain driven opener). Sherman worked up three quotes to give us options. We decided to replace the garage opener, springs, rollers, pulleys, safety cables. Sherman and Joe were professional, informative, efficient, and made sure I understood the capabilities of the new opener before they left. I give them five stars, and I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Garage door broke Wednesday night, really wasn't sure what happened to it. Called Precision Thursday morning around 10 a.m., was told someone will be onsite between 11 and 1:30. Received a call at 1 stating they were in route. Sherman and Joe arrived and quickly diagnosed my issue. I was given 3 plans of service that they could provide on the spot. Sherman's and Joe's customer service, knowledge and professionalism far exceed my expectations to resolve my urgent situation in a timely manner. My door was restored back to its functionality and I am completely satisfied.

My technician was Jake and let me say he contacted me advising his arrival time and he was here on time. Jake was very pleasant and professional and explained what needed to be done and provided other detailed options. He got right to work replacing my torsion spring and quickly completed the task. My 16 year old double garage door failed yesterday. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised to get a cancellation slot the next day. The technicians were Rick and Max, who were courteous and friendly. Rick examined the door assembly, which had multiple defects, and outlined on a tablet three options for repair, with differing costs and guarantee periods. He patiently and clearly explained the alternatives and answered all my questions. There was no hard sell to take the most expensive option. Once I had decided, the pair worked quickly and efficiently during a steamy hot day. They considerately placed covers over the bed of an historic truck I had in the garage, whose battery I had omitted to charge and was unable to move. The work completed was first class, and they cleaned up well afterwards. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending or referring Precision to other customers. Good service pays in the end!

These guys do good work at a fair value. Their Techs are good and professional. Their installed products seem to last (I had the garage open they installed work for 18 years till it died on me). You were referred by my daughter (K.Carey) who’d contracted your garage door installation service approx 4 yrs ago at her Laurel, Md residence. I reviewed you website, read the reviews and checked your consumer business rating..very impressive. I scheduled the estimator’s appointment and within 2 days James was here, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable. I was prepared with a list of questions and he answered all before I could ask. James conquered my apprehension and was on point regarding materials, mechanics and variables of doors iand openers, etc. He sealed the deal. I received the estimate ate within minutes and have already forwarded to my HOA as required. I’m looking forward to the completion of this project and am hopeful your installer continues with impressionable results as well.

Motor for my garage stopped working. Called Precision and they got an operator out to me same day. Sherman was professional, wore a mask, respected social distancing and had the issue diagnosed within 10 minutes. Had the parts with him and was able to repair the garage within an hour. Would recommend to anyone.

Talking to a live person without a lot of number prompts. Sherman was the tech that visit today masked up. He looked the job over. Gave me some options. Sherman went to town. He also pointed out dome PM things that I should do to help prolong the life of the door.

Sherman of Precision Garage Doors installed new springs, rollers and all the other necessary items to repair my garage door. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
