Very professional employees. They came in and recognized the problem immediately and proceeded to correct the needs. We are quite pleased with the service performed and more over after calling the minimum time it took for precision to show up and correct our emergency request. My garage 20 year old Sears door opener was on its last legs, so I called Precision Door Service of Central Maryland hoping that they could replace it on short notice. They did, sending technicians Keith and Max that same day to fix the opener problem. In less than an hour, they installed a new opener and carefully explained how to program and operate it. Keith was really super, patiently answering my questions before leaving. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door service and won't hesitate to call them again should the need arise!

Precision has cared for our garage doors for many years. We rely on you for excellent service, and are not disappointed. When a spring broke on one of the garage doors this morning, Marcus and a colleague arrived quickly after we called. It took them about an hour to change out the springs, wheels and cables on the garage door that was so disabled I could not even open it manually. The door now runs like a Swiss watch. Thank you for all your good work and for being there when we needed you.

Had a broken track on a garage door for my shed. Rick did everything he could to try and fix it but in the end, it needed to be replaced. Rick replaced the tracks and got my door working like new. Also appreciated knowing who is coming and seeing picture of technician. Jake spotted minor problem immediately and checked to make sure all working properly. Technician came same day I called.

I had a great experience with this company. I had severed The wire to my garage door sensor. They came out the next day. Sherman fixed it quickly. He was professional and came within the time that was scheduled. Sherman was also trained on how to interact with customers during Covid 19. He had on a mask and made sure I didn’t touch his iPad during the payment transaction. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

My original garage door wouldn’t close without stopping multiple times and I couldn’t use the garage anymore. I tried to call the old repair company but they cannot come out until Covid-19 is over. Meanwhile, I just bought another car and needed to use the garage. Got the number from a neighbor and they quickly scheduled me to be soon first thing Monday. Keith was fast and good, explained what is wrong and made a recommendation. Within the hour my garage door is working like a new one and it is so quiet that I cannot hear a thing! We also got the one with cam, my son and I both loving it and now can use the garage for car and bikes! Thanks!!!
