The service was excellent! Keith and Jack did a wonderful job. My garage door works great. They were in compliance with wearing mask and gloves. I appreciate the hard work and safety they took to complete the job. The response time was excellent. And given the nature ans severity of my issue. The price was tolerable. I am happy the company provides a 10 year warranty. And I appreciate thier kindness. Keith's performance was exceptional, showing great leadership by providing Jake with step by step instructions on the process of repair. I am happy my home is secure after the repairs were made. I feel that I can sleep soundly knowing I paid for quality service and received it the same day. Great Job. Thank you so much guys.

Sherman was timely, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the questions and concerns I had. He came prepared and ready to get to work. He immediately assessed the issue and even suggested additional services and packages that would save us money and time in the future. I was working from home that day on calls and meetings. He was sure to keep the noise down and made himself scarce. He was done in no time at all and clearly explained all that he did to complete the repair. The garage door in our building completely malfunctioned and I had to make an emergency call for a tech at 8:30pm on a Friday in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. The tech showed up early in the 9-11pm window. He was courteous, calm, and very professional. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through the suggested resolution beforehand, as well as thoroughly showing me his work and explaining what he'd done afterwards. I was very impressed by him and grateful for the quickness of the emergency service.

Had an emergency. My garage door was shut and wouldn’t open. Both cars were stuck inside. Called several repair companies and never got a reply. Finally called Precision and they had a service man at our house within an hour. It was a big job replacing the springs cable and rollers on door that is close to sixty years old. Very satisfied

Sherman our technician was running early and called to see if that was ok. He arrived and did an outstanding job of explaining all of our choices. He was kind and friendly and did an expert job of fixing our garage door. He then explained how to maintain it so that it would run smoother and the spring would last. I would highly recommend Sherman to anyone needing this service. It is nice to have someone so kind , friendly and knowledgeable about what he does in this crazy world right now. Sherman gets 5 stars for sure.

I choose Precision approximately one year ago to purchase new garage door openers. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. This year I needed the springs and cables replaced. I didn’t hesitate to call Precision for the job. They came out approximately two hours after calling them. The two service guys were very professional and gave me several options to choose for the repair. They went over the pros and cons of each option and didn’t pressure me into choosing the highest price repair. They completed the repair in a timely manner and I and very happy with the service.
