Thanks to Keith's knowledge, strength and skill, my garage door now works beautifully. If you had a ten-star rating, he would get it. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing prompt, expert service for their garage door. Thank you.

No one will communicate with you about any problems after their service call is finished. They installed 10-4” sealed nylon rollers that retail for around $11-$15 for 10. I found this out later but on my bill they changed $19.99 each for a total of $199.99. I thought the technician made an error so I contacted them on two occasions and they promised a call back with a resolution. They still haven’t called and the work was done on 1/28/19.

I wholeheartedly endorse and love you all!!! My old garage door broke at 9:30 PM - the spring ricocheted (and luckily no one and nothing was hurt) A neighbor told me to call you - I did and so nice to speak to someone right away - given an appointment for the very next day! The technician was wonderful and called and asked if he could come early - Yay!! Since my garage door is from the 70s- the original to this house- I figured it'll be a replacement of the whole garage door and quite expensive - nope - He assessed and said it was in pretty good shape, he had the replacement parts and safety lines needed and finished the job within the hour!!! I am absolutely wowed by your promptness, expertise and the NOT selling up -would recommend your company to anyone. Thank You Margaret Kelly

Around Spring 2011 the garage door was bend due to a cheap building materials when the builder built townhouses around 2000. I had to replace/install a better quality garage door and included hardwares. However, I called recently to replace a broken garage door spring which it was under 10 years warranty for hardwares and lifetime garage door. Make sure you keep a copy of your service/repair invoice in hand as when I called in for service as they did not have any record history in the past. Otherwise, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great service that honor anything what I have in my record. A technician did a great job as he contacted me via text and get it done in about 30 minutes within a smaller window time frame.

Took about 2 hours to remove the old opener and install the "very quiet" Liftmaster 8355W opener, setup (program) all remotes, and cleanup. A TOTAL SCAM! They sent a technician out to quote me a price and after a brief review quoted us a price of over $800 to replace two springs. We immediately called another local company and repaired our garage door and replaced the springs for under $300. I would never use or recommend Precision to any of my family or friends! #Beware

Chris did a fantastic job! He installed a new door (our home is being renovated, and we attached a new garage to the house), at a site that was less than ideal. Chris was patient, thoughtful and kept us informed all the way through. As Murphy would have it, we had an 8 foot door, and the garage door motor needed an extension kit. Chris sent me the link for the exact part, and even held off on charging me the full price for the job, until he was able to come back and finish installing the motor. The team got us back onto the schedule as soon as I received the part. I have not seen this level of customer service for a long time! Fantastic job Team Precision!
