Three days ago a storm came through with tremendous lightning and thunder after which the garage door would operate. Today two very polite technicians from Precision came to my home to assess the condition of the garage door opener. Sort of as an aside, they were on time but I had forgotten to turn the lawn sprinkler off, so they had to navigate through the water to get to my front door to ring the doorbell. Anyway, they spent a good deal of time trying to find the problem. At one point as I was just about to sign for a new controller, it appeared that they had found the problem. But then the controller started smoking and we realized it was fried so I purchased the PDS800. I was amazed at how quiet the door was during operations. They did an excellent job. Even after they had left, I had a couple of questions. So I called the office and receive a return call from one of the technicians who explained very clearly the answers to my questions. The cost did seem a little pricey. However, I'd definitely use them again.

Hello Mike, I saw your ad on TV a couple of days ago and thought you might be the right company. Your video didn't show a conventional door opener which got me to thinking these guys know something. I had to wait for your ad to play again because it was a short commercial. Nevertheless I have Air ducts running right across the middle of my garage and after calling about 6 company's I got tired of no it can't happen or they couldn't do it. I gave up until I saw your commercial. Keith came buy and was very professional. He assessed the job and measured, took pictures and asked me questions what type of cars do I plan on parking in the garage. Plus went over what I wanted and then told me what is possible. Gave me an estimate with everything he discussed and he even conferred with colleague to ensure he was giving me accurate information. I had a very good experience with this company today when they came out to give me ASM S on my doors I'm want to replace both doors. The sale Representative very polite and had a good knowledge of the product that he was trying to sell he Show me all the product and let me take my time to make my mind up. I'm waiting to Next week to have the new doors installed and I will write that part what's done so far I'm very pleased

Keith was excellent. Gave me all my options verbally and in later sent Email. He pointed out problem was probably a power surge and turning garage breaker switch off/on reset system to proper functioning. He didn't charge me for consult. We agreed to do nothing now; but if problem returns as noted above he gave me options and prices for repair.

Precision Door installed my garage door a few years ago and has serviced it since then. Today was my most recent service. My door broke late yesterday afternoon and I immediately called to schedule service. They were very responsive and had a team of service reps to my house today. Needed a quote to completely replace my entire garage door set up. My Father recommended Precision as he had a wonderful experience when he replaced his garage doors and door openers. The technician, Sherman, came on time, was extremely professional and was patient with me as I asked every question I could think of. We ended up signing up on the spot for the complete replacement. Partly based on my Father's recommendation, but also because if Sherman is an example of the quality of this company, then I am confident that the install will go just as well. I will write another review once the install is complete, but the estimation was fast, professional, and Sherman did not use pressure tactics. Over all I couldn't of asked for a better estimation, which normally is the worst part of the whole thing. Thanks Precision!

My garage door completely died and we were able to have someone come out the next day. Our technician was thorough in addressing all of the ways to fix our 15 year old garage. Ultimately we got a new opener and a few other improvements that should keep our garage running for years to come. Our appointment was in the evening but he made sure to thoroughly complete the job and answer all Of our questions before leaving. I've used a few contractors for different services being a homeowner. I also don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say my experience with precision doors was absolutely terrible. I had some work done to my garage door last year that included the cables, springs, and other parts. I used the garage door regularly everyday and initially was satisfied with the work. Last month, the cable snapped when I pulled into the garage. Luckily, the cable was under warranty since it was done by precision doors. The tech (Jake) came out and replaced the door under warranty. Here is wear that terrible customer service starts...the tech gets ready to leave with my garage door not closing. The tech has the nerve to say that the garage door never worked (even though I literally got his advice on how to manually open the garage door to get my car out). To further insult my intelligence, the tech states the work was shoddy and precision would never do it, insinuating that I got someone else to replace the garage door parts. It was the dumbest thing I heard, why would I pay 600+ dollars to replace parts that are already under warranty? It would be like me buying a new Toyota and having Jiffy Lube replace my engine and pay more out of pocket. To top things off, I want to get a tech to make sure my garage door is functioning properly since it's now making a loud noise. I was promised a senior tech, instead they wanted to again send Jake out. I would not recommend precision doors, I still was not able to get my issue resolved.
