The company customer service was great. They were able to schedule me for same day service which was an emergency. The technician (Sherman) was great at getting the job done. The technician was punctual and customer friendly. There were several options to choose from and technician explained the services. I'm glad I chose Precision Door Service. Rick is a true professional! He is courteous, works quickly, yet takes the time to explain everything to us step by step and answer our questions (we are elderly). He goes out of his way to go beyond the basic repair to ensure the doors are lubricated and that everything is working perfect, checking every aspect of the functioning. I noticed a mouse in our garage last week and realized that the bottom seal on our garage door was ripped off about 2 inches on both sides. Rick came out to the house today and inspected our door. Based on that, he recommended that I replace the rollers since our door was 19 years old and a noisy. Rick installed a new bottom seal and rollers - and everything works great! He also recommended a device to scare off any field mice that may want to try to get in again. Rick was great to work with, and I highly recommend him and Precision Door Service!

Precision had a tough job to do! Our car was stuck inside the garage, and despite having a foot of space to work in, they got the job done, AND in incredibly hot weather. He wore a mask at all times and was very respectful of our property and car.

Keith did emergency repair on our garage door. I called Precision on Monday evening after our spring broke. Keith was at our house on Tuesday afternoon to replace the spring. He also made other needed repairs. Keith was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and why. He was very good about answering all of my questions. Keith's workmanship was of very high quality and very efficient. I am very glad that I called Precision. Keith made great improvements to our garage door. Thank you

Our sensors were not working and Precision was able to come out to replace them. It was covered under the 5 yr warranty so no cost to us. Precision is our go to guys for our garage doors.

Jake was very professional and efficient - great technician! Notwithstanding, I was a little taken aback with the total cost of repairs. Doing a quick Google search, replacement springs are approx. $25-45 for a set of 2 springs. I totally understand your position in the current market place. However, I would recommend a review of operations and production costs to bring down your price points. I paid a little over $900 for the replacement of 4 springs, cables, and rollers. I gave your company 4 stars based solely on customer service from first contact to my interactions with Jake. I would have easily given 5 stars if prices were more reasonable, in my opinion.

We use the highest quality parts in the industry and often times prices on the internet are of inferior quality. We stand behind our products with the best warranty in the business, bar none. Our rollers are maintenance free and require no periodic lubrication and will last for the lifespan of your garage door, the cables we use are aircraft quality and thicker than standard cables as well.
